This neighborhood is perfectly situated near Puerto Vallarta’s most popular beaches, Playa Olas Atlas and Playa Los Muertos, making it the perfect spot to lounge by the beach during the day and explore Puerto Vallarta’s bar and restaurant scene by night.
Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

Important information about electricity consumption
The owner of the apartment gives you an allowance of 100kw per day.
Upon your arrival, the electricity meter will be checked and you will sign a document in which it is mentioned, that the authorized consumption will not be exceeded
In case of exceeding the consumption, you will be charged $0.35 USD for each Kw exceeded
For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.
5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.
6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.
7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.
9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.
