On the community's two large beachfront decks you will find tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, all for your use and enjoyment. Grills to be installed summer 2025. As we prepare for another great season in Ptown, we’d like to tell you what actions we’re taking to provide you with a clean and sanitary rental.

We’re using EPA recommended cleaning/disinfecting products, according to CDC guidelines.

Our professional cleaners are wearing masks and gloves for everyone’s protection.

The unit is being pre-cleaned, the cleaning agents are being left on the surfaces, per CDC guidelines, to penetrate before being wiped away. The unit is being ventilated each cleaning and the pillows, bed pad and coverlet are being replaced with new, fresh, disinfected ones after each visit. Likewise, the sheets and towels are being thoroughly washed in very hot water, consistent with CDC guidance.
