**We now have our own dedicated Hi-Speed Wifi for those seeking to work from "home"

**Our professional cleaning crew performs a deep sanitizing and disinfecting after each guests stay.**

We hope our vacation home provides you with relaxation, fun and good memories. Our unit is located on the ground level and it is close to the tennis courts and basketball hoops. Enter the building and go down 6 stairs to get to our unit. The unit sleeps 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Feel free to bring an air mattress or sleeping bags to accommodate additional people. We provide free Hi-speed WiFi and cable with HD and on-demand options. The condo has 2 A/C units, one in the master bedroom and another in the living room. We also have a wood burning stove in the living room, but you must provide your own firewood. Our condominium has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private full bathrooms and a relaxing back porch. Our condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience but please provide your own detergent. We have provided a flat screen smart T.V. in the living room with a Blu-ray player. It also has a XBOX 360 with games. In the Master bedroom we have a flat screen T.V. with a blu-ray player. In the second bedroom we have a 15 inch flat screen T.V. with a DVD player. We have also provided an assortment of DVD’s for all age groups for your entertainment. Our condo is kid friendly and equipped with a pack n' play, toddler seat, coloring books, kids’ books, and magazines for parents as well as board games for both children and adults.
We are located in the heart of the White Mountains; a mile away from Attitash Mountain and two miles from Storyland and North Conway Village. Location is everything so be ready to shop, eat, drink, hike, Zip line, swim at Echo lake state park, ski, snowboard, X-country and more because it is all at your fingertips when you rent our condo.

Our condo is located in the Seasons at Attitash Condominium Community.

Great weekend getaway

This property was big enough for 6 people - 2 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed our stay. It met our expectations and was very clean. Great location to get to Storyland and North Conway shops easily.

Great ski weekend

We had a great stay at this condo. The owner was very responsive to questions and the condo was in a great location right near Attitash. Our kids enjoyed the pool and sleeping in the bunk beds. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. We would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Short getaway with family

I stayed here with my parents and 2 children. They loved the room with the bunk beds! The condo was very family friendly with games and game systems. I love that it is a lower level unit as you can just walk out on the back porch and onto the grass. We would stay here again!

Condo was as stated and shown. Although we didn't use all the facilities, we did see that pool, sauna, etc. were open and attractive and happily being used by others. The location is great, close to shopping, and attractions. We especially enjoyed the Nestlenook Winter Wonderland.

We have stayed at the Seasons Resort numerous times for skiing. Love the location and the amenities that they offer. There was some confusion when checking in as the owner did not leave instructions. Property manager was great and solved the problem. Clean condo but needs better/more kitchen ware. Would stay here again.

Home away from home!

A bit of a rocky start (the keys didn’t work), but the owners were quick to respond and very nice and helpful. It had everything we needed and more (especially the Keurig was a nice touch for my avid coffee drinker). Wish we had more time to enjoy the condo (we had activities planned every day) but we could have stayed in and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks!!

This house was the perfect weekend stay. A 5 minute drive to Attitash allows you to quickly make it to the slopes in the morning. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seasons! The condo was very clean and even had toys, coloring books, a pack n play and a toddler booster chair for our (almost) 2 year old! The location is absolutely perfection....central to EVERYTHING! We had an action packed long weekend and can’t wait to come back!

My husband, 4 children and I love New Hampshire. We currently reside in Connecticut but travel to New Hampshire anytime our condo is not booked. We enjoy hiking, skiing, laying out by the lake, amusement parks and shopping (which is why we love the Bartlett/North Conway area).

Why they chose this property

After vacationing in the White Mountain region for 6 years, we decided to invest in purchasing our vacation condo. We chose Bartlett, New Hampshire because it is full of activities and events all year long. We chose this property because the condo met our needs whether we were staying for a long weekend or a week. The clubhouse amenities are a plus especially when it is raining or we are stuck in severe snow storm weather. In addition we are located conveniently close to Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, and Black Mountains.

What makes this property unique

Location is everything which is one of the unique benefits of our condo. You are minutes away from activities, restaurants, and local attractions but we are nestled in a quiet complex with the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, arcade, etc. in walking distance which can be a mini vacation in itself. You don't even need to leave our complex to enjoy your stay between what we offer in our condo and what we have right outside our door.
