With 2 lovely bathrooms equipped with a bidet and shower, guests will feel right at home. The additional living room space with a full bed provides a quaint spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Francavilla beach is only 10 minutes away. If you enjoy golfing it’s only minutes away. The mountains are only half hour away. Welcome guest, a little about myself I was born in Sorrento Italy moved to the United States with my family years ago . I always loved Italy so back in 2015 my husband and I decided to look for a home . Sorrento was way too busy with tourist we wanted a quiet place so we came across this property we loved it at first sight. It needed a lot of work we decided to purchase and restructure the whole house . Today it’s become a beautiful villa . Surrounded by grape vines and olive trees. Tranquility and fresh air is what I look forward to every year that I come. I wish everyone that stays in our villa will love it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood simply because of the paved roads . Very easy drive and having homes near me I don’t feel I’m secluded . I also love that the beach francavilla al mare is less than 10 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
I feel this property stands out from others . It’s been all restructured also gated if you have small children or pet very safe. Very easy to access from the road . No hills or down hills. Road is paved also u get the best of both worlds beach less than 10 minutes away , golf course down the street and if you would like to go to the mountains 1/2 hour away . We have pescara airport 25 minutes away for a quick getaway.
