This house was so much bigger than we expected it to be. It was perfect for our family of 4! It has AC and is really nice! I will say the lack of a dishwasher made it tough to want to eat and cook there, but other than that it was great!
House was exactly as advertised. It was a nice retreat but close enough to City to get around easily. Owners were very responsive. Nice back patio to enjoy cooler mornings and evenings.
Very pretty area, clean and spacious home. Very comfortable Beds. Very much recommend and will stay again if possible.
Thank you

The home was spacious and nicely decorated. It was clean and had essentials we needed for our five day stay. The surrounding area was open and we saw different types of wildlife wander through. The A/C was awesome. The home was comfortable and quiet.
Can hardly believe we got to stay here!!!
So very relaxing to walk around the property and neighborhood. Quite a special treat to pick oranges for breakfast!!
We hope that we will have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you Justin and Monica for pursuing your vision provided such a great place to enjoy.
Fun place to stay. Had to kill multiple bugs throughout stay. Some were in the towels. Not being able to flush TP was annoying. Dedicated bathroom as the poop room.

HI Robert, we have passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:We are so disheartened and surprised by your feedback. We have found your concerns with our home to be inaccurate and not true. Guests are able to flush toilet paper and we have never had any insects in our home.We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We enjoyed our overall stay very much. The location was beautiful and the property was comfortable. There were just an oddities that could have been adjusted, such as putting the king bed in the room facing the mountains and vineyard, rather than the driveway. The hot/cold water in the main bathroom was switched, and the heating and cooling system was tricky. But these were minor and did not detract from our enjoyable stay.
The house was super cute. The hosts were quick to respond and very kind. We were looking for somewhere quiet and this was definitely the best as far as that was concerned. We had a little trouble with the heating/cooling system. It worked well about half of the time. The house is about 15-20 minutes away from stores which was fine with us but if you are looking for easy access, this would not be the place.Overall we loved it. We would definitely stay again!
The house was comfortable, nice, and clean. It’s a little vineyard/orchard in a agricultural area. We ate at Cordiano’s winery twice. Really good Italian food and pizza just 5 minutes away. We also went to the Wild Animal Safari park and Anzio Borrego state park to see the wild flower explosion. We also ventured to LA to see the Petersen Auto Museum and drive the PCH. We spent a leisurely 5 nights and were pleased with the rental and central SoCal location for our planned side trips.
Home was clean and had everything we needed. Buckled flooring in some areas but not a problem. The property and area is very nice and while we were visiting family in Escondido the drive to and from was scenic and enjoyable. I was a little surprised in that the yard was a bit overgrown. Initially we had a difficult time connecting to the internet but the owner quick corrected the problem and was very responsive.
Would have stayed again but policy change they didn't offer a refund (or even partial) well over a month out. My son is in the Navy and with his current job the Dec schedule could have changed until after Thanksgiving
The rental was perfect in every sense of the word. The location and views are stunning. The property is beautiful and so very relaxing. The silence is perfect! Starting your day in complete silence on the back patio with a hot cup of coffee and ending it in the same way with a glass of wine, what more could anyone ask for? The local wine tasting is wonderful. I had no idea that Escondido was hiding such a wonderful little secret. We only made it to four of the local boutique wineries but there are many many more to visit and enjoy. If you do anything, be sure to take the drive up to Cordiano's winery in the evening to enjoy some delicious pizza, a wine flight, and watch the sunset. You will not regret it.

The location is great.
The location of this property is so great and lovely. We drove about three miles up the hill and through many wineries. It was scenic and beauty. The house is not plush, but very comfortable. It is very private. It felt so good in the morning to open up the curtain, the beautiful orchard is just outside the window. The owner is very nice and responsive. Would stay there again when we visit San Diego next time.
This is a wonderful home with so many thoughtful touches!

Cozy mountain views
The stay was great, everything was clean and easily accessible. Was provided with a book of local services and points of interest. The view was wonderful from the back stoop & it was very nice to be able to pick and enjoy fresh oranges. my kids absolutely loved it. close enough to go to the beach and enjoy the seaside as well.
This was, honestly, one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed ! The home is located on an active vineyard but was so private - we had no contact with the owners unless we initiated it. Within walking distance to wineries, the neighborhood is peaceful and scenic ! The house itself was spacious yet cozy with a sweet patio area to enjoy the night sky. You will not be disappointed
Our stay was fantastic. It was peaceful and relaxing. The kids had a great time roaming around. Everything we needed was a quick drive away and being so close to the I-15 we were able to get down to San Diego in no time. Would definitely recommend staying here.
