Turn off the lights and lock the doors
During your stay as needed and upon check-out, please dispose of all trash and recycle items in the "trash" or "recycle" receptacles located outside the 3-garage door pole barn along driveway.
Please make sure main entry way and bedroom annex thermostats are set to: cool = 72, heat = 65
Please make sure all lights turned off, all doors are locked, and all food / beverage items brought by guests removed from refrigerator, freezer, other cabinets and disposed of accordingly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
