NOTES:
Minimum stay 5 nights, January to April, US Thanksgiving. Peak Christmas and New Year's dates, there is a 7-night minimum.

Wonderful home and great location. Our on island contact who met us the day we arrived was great! She provided a lot of useful information for our stay. Such as great restaurants and information about transportation while on the island.

The home was beautiful, clean and close to Grace Bay. Dyshawn was a good and responsive host. Helped arrange taxis as there are no uber drivers. The property description of the house is accurate and fair. It is beautiful, well laid out and furnished/equipped. The patio/pool was nice and spacious. However, the listing DID NOT provide insight that there is major construction right next door, (within feet of the property) making using pool area very difficult (could not make calls while outside) , and when inside, tolerable. The entire development was under construction, including the road and other units currently being built, and this all had to be navigated to exit the property all day. This should be something all should be aware of prior to renting the property. Once completed, this entire development will be fantastic and I would certainly return. But was challenging while under construction.
