Thank you for acknowledging the cleanliness of our home and the amenities provided. However, I feel your review is unfair and leaves out several important details. Prior to your arrival, I explained that I would be attending my sister’s wedding and provided a dedicated emergency contact for anything affecting your comfort or enjoyment of the home. I specifically clarified that an emergency did not have to be serious. One phone call would have allowed us to address any concerns immediately. On your first evening, you returned after the hot tub’s scheduled operating hours. When you contacted me, I promptly arranged for someone to assist. You subsequently messaged me confirming that the hot tub was hot, working well, and that you were happy with it. I was therefore surprised by your review. Both welcome letters clearly explained that pool heating must be requested because the pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. You never requested pool heating, and I understood you would be attending the F1 races during the day. We take great pride in our hospitality and provide detailed instructions, multiple points of contact, and prompt assistance. While I regret your disappointment, we cannot address concerns that are not communicated to our designated contact. We made every effort to ensure you had a wonderful stay.
