Take advantage of one of the few rental locations that provide a free boat dock for renters. Being located on the Bay provides a list of amenities that beachside properties do not. Enjoy the bayou which is perfect for fishing off the dock, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boarding up the scenic river to the Bay. Located 10 mins from the white sandy beaches & 4 mins from dining, shopping, & groceries. This peaceful getaway keeps you close to the action while offering a tranquil oasis to unwind.

The Retreat at Santa Rosa Beach is an ideal destination for groups of all kinds, from bachelorette celebrations and golf getaways to family reunions, milestone birthdays, corporate retreats, and weddings. With 5 possible bungalows to rent, combined sleeps up to 28-30 people and would give you 100% use of the property with no sharing of space. it is perfection. truly is the best of both worlds and there is no other property like this in the area. its peaceful and offers a different perspective of the emerald coast, you get to enjoy the bayside and all the amenities of it, while only being a short drive from the beach and all the fun that comes with that. Food and great dining experiences are nearby making it perfect for anything you want to get into
