Heated inground pool, covered back porch w/ tv & both sitting & dining area, 3rd floor deck w/ gas fire pit, seating & ocean views. Pull down movie projector. Front porch w/ swing bed & rocker overlooking sidewalk street. Steps from beach, 1 block to downtown Normandy shops/restaurants. 3-4 blocks to bayside, yacht club, playgrounds.
