Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
I think better communication between VRBO and Landing is needed. VRBO is a platform most people use who deal directly with the property owners. There's nothing to it. You pay the booking and get checked in. This was the first instance where no one kinda knew what was going on. Other than that everything was ok.
