Corner unit on the 4th Floor of CityPlace Tower across the street from the West Palm Beach Convention Center. You’ll think that you are in luxury hotel as you enjoy the SUNNY Florida Lifestyle!

Apartment features a tile Entry Foyer that opens to a 21 Foot Great Room which is divided into a Living Room & Dining Area Combination; Laminate Wood Floors; Large Persian Carpet; 55-inch 4K resolution Flat Screen TV; Free Internet; Designer Furniture, and 2 large wall mirrors. The Floor to Ceiling Sliding Doors in the Great Room provides views of the Garden, the City, and the Kravis Cultural Center.

The Open tiled Kitchen is Bright & Cheery with a Breakfast Bar. It is equipped with Custom Cabinets, Granite Countertop, Stainless Steel appliances including Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Toaster Oven, and a Refrigerator & Access to the Utility/Laundry Room with a Full-Size Washer & Dryer!

The Den (or Second Bedroom) has a double door entry from the Great Room. The Den has a closet, a window facing the Garden, and is furnished with a Couch that lets out to a double Bed, a Secretary desk, and is comfortable enough for an occasional guest.

I liked the property and would rent again. Pros: great location in WPB, beautiful light in condo, nice living room, grrat pool Cons: old/minimal kitchen supplies (e.g., pans), old mattress, tired kitchen and bathroom

Nice Central Area of West Palm Beach

Condo with ample space but also with a few disappointments. Reported early on to owner about bugs in kitchen area, garbage disposal not working and TV streaming prescription issue. Owner did respond quickly with bug spraying (we opted not to have more extensive “bombing” as we would need to be out for awhile with that method). Bugs back after 3 days. TV fix lasted 3 days. Insufficient hot water for showers/bath.

building staff and doormen were very pleasant and helpful. check in experience was good. property was not as clean as it should have been garbage disposal did not work. hot water would run out while taking showers.

Beautiful WPB Condo

Beautiful and clean condo in downtown West Palm Beach. Check in with the building’s doorman was a breeze. Location was great - I felt comfortable and safe walking around the city. A small plumbing issue was handled and fixed the day I called to report the issue. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the condo, and will definitely book it again in the future.
