VILLA KIBBI is a beautiful AWARD WINNING 5 STAR rated holiday rental villa located in Bali's No1 holiday destination - Seminyak - and is located in Seminyak's ABSOLUTE No 1 location being just 250 metres from the beach. Villa Kibbi has won numerous awards for facilities, cleanliness and service on various booking sites (we have won TripAdvisor Service Excellence Award 4 years running). Villa Kibbi is location, location, location and receives rave reviews from our guests not only for our location but also for our crystal clear pool, the room sizes and of course our awesome staff. Not far away by foot, scooter or taxi are plentiful restaurant's, shops, beach bars and nightlife. Whether you choose a night on the beach watching the sun set at one of the fantastic beach bar/restaurants listening to some live music and enjoying some delicious food, an icy cold beer or a fabulous cocktail or you want to head into the main eat street and explore some of the many world class restaurants you will simply love your stay in the 'island of the god's' - Bali voted No1 holiday island in the world 2017. Our staff are trained to make your stay a very enjoyable experience and nothing is ever a problem for them to arrange. Villa Kibbi has 3 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, indoor and outdoor living, is fully air-conditioned and you can even enclose the living areas in the evenings for a peaceful relaxing night in. We have 2 x king beds and 2 x single beds (can be converted to a king), plus we have 2 x very comfy sofa beds (great for children to share a room with mum and dad) and also available are 2 portable floor mattresses. We can mix and match sleeping arrangements to suit most groups. Villa Kibbi provides not only CCTV security but also 24/7 security guards for your peace of mind. Wonderfully relaxing stay

A seamless stay at Villa Kibbi allowed for total relaxation! Gavin responded so quickly and helpfully to our many queries about activities, eating out, airport pick up etc before we left Sydney. Then the villa staff... :-) On arrival, Wayan was waiting at the airport, welcomed us and whisked us quickly away. Kirtuk helped us find a scooter. Made took us on a tour of the island. Eka made us fantastic breakfasts every day and kept the villa beautifully clean. Any minor issues (which always arise whether at home or on holidays) were quickly dealt with. The villa is incredibly spacious and has everything you might need. The kids (early teens) loved playing in the pool, the adults loved resting on the balinese bed. Wifi I'm sure helped the teenagers immeasurably too! The beach is a quick walk and we enjoyed sunset cocktails at Potato Head and La Plancha. Many restaurants are in walking distance and with the scooter it was easy to access several more and visit the many boutiques that line the streets of Seminyak. If you just really need a break and want to spend time doing not very much with wonderful people looking after you, then Villa Kibbi is for you. I'm sure it was possible to do much much more (the drivers have a brochure with a great many tours and activities listed) but we got exactly the holiday we were looking for. Thank you to all at Villa Kibbi.

Great location and wonderful staff

Stayed with friends for 4 nights as layover before getting on a scuba diving live aboard.. Spacious rooms, lovely garden space and pool. Excellent coffee shop nearby. Convenient to the airport and easy to do day trips from Seminyak . Gavin and the entire staff were wonderful, and available to provide transport to/from airport, stock groceries, arrange laundry and set up private tour guide. Wayan our guide was a star, he quickly adjusted to our interests, pace and sense of humor. If you stay here, do not miss the best Bali ambassador Wayan.

1. LOCATION 2. Our Awesome reviews on sites we have been listed on for awhile (we are new to VRBO) 3. Because its big and roomy and guests never feel cramped or in each others way. 4. The crystal clear pool. 5. Central location to most of what Bali has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Guests just love Villa Kibbi, whilst it is modern and roomy it still retains plenty of Balinese Architectural charm - you will simply love the location, so close to the beach but still very close to everything else. The Gazebo is a favourite of guests, whether it be relaxing reading a book or listening to music or getting an in house massage its a very special spot. And as you descend the staircase you get a beautiful view across the pool and into the gardens. Also quite unique is the size of the bedrooms, the 2 master suites are huge and the bathrooms are enormous with big built in robes, separate shower plus bath/shower combination.
Most Bali Villa's have open living areas however for additional comfort and security we enclosed Villa Kibbi's with big stacker doors so during the day you can completely open the living areas to the outdoors but in the evening you can simply slide the doors shut and relax in air-conditioned comfort.
