Enjoy this beautiful contemporary home in Naples, Florida! The home is a short 10 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and a 7 minute bike ride to the Mercato, Naples newest shopping plaza with various choices of shopping, dining, bars, nightlife and so much more! This home comes with 3 bikes in the garage for your use during your relaxing vacation!

This completely updated home has brand new Porcelanosa tile floors throughout and has a spacious and open concept floor plan. The living room has clean, modern furniture with a wonderful built in cabinet with books to enjoy and a large flat screen (smart) TV with cable included. This room opens up to a nice dining set with a 3 top table with an extra living area that has a comfy sofa and accent chair. There are two sliders in the back of the home with a beautiful view to the backyard. One leads to the covered screened lanai which has a gas grill for your use and ample seating. The other door leads to the tropical and lush backyard. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and a door leading to the side of the side.

The kitchen of the home is bright with custom cabinetry and granite counter tops. It has stainless steel appliances and a big pantry with plenty of room for all your goods. There is a large pass through picture window looking out to the backyard.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a sliding door to the backyard with a private outdoor seating area. There is also a flat screen TV on a nightstand and two beautiful nightstands with lamps. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious glass enclosed shower and a single sink vanity. There is a big walk in closet for your use for all your clothes during your stay.

The second bedroom/guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with two side tables with lamps. There is a big window that lets in lots of light and there is a nice sized closet for your use. This bedroom has access to the second bath room ("Jack and Jill" bathroom).

Great place in Naples

We really enjoyed staying at Mariel’s place. It was just as described- except even better! It is well appointed with a spacious living area, nice indoor and outdoor patios out back, and situated in a pleasant and tranquil neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was well kept and perfect for our dog. We’ve rented in Naples a number of times before and we would definitely stay here again if it was available.

The home is modern and stylish and so comfortable! There is a lovely private back yard with pretty landscape. There is a screened in area and a sunny area. You have everything you need and lots of staples provided. The location is wonderful and gets you close to all the great dining and beach options in Naples. Would be great for 2 couples or small family. The hosts are very responsive and nice. Can’t give it enough stars!

This modern home was clean and comfortable that met all our needs.

This home provided us with all the comforts of home, host was so nice and thoughtful to provide the little items that we hate to purchase while on vaca to run the household such as dishwasher and laundry pods. Host was very helpful in helping us with destinations for our fur baby. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you

Wonderful!!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! This property is better than described. The front welcomes with beautiful, lush landscaping and plantings. The covered patio in the back is now an enclosed porch/lanai with comfortable furniture. The space is a cozy refuge or a place to enjoy the numerous birds. The table and chairs with an umbrella now sit on the open patio on the east side, a perfect place to sip coffee and catch a bit of the morning sun. The location couldn't be better. Within a mile are several grocery stores, numerous restaurants, and the Mercato, an upscale shopping and dining center. Vanderbilt Beach is 2 miles away, The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Tamiami Trail. The hosts were great. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We are so happy we chose to rent this home and would love to come back to stay again.
