House was great. Weather was a little cool to use the pool but it looked real nice and the water feature was great. The fire pit was a big hit. We used it every night. Thank you AZ farmer wood Chandler Arizona. They delivered firewood the day we arrived stacked it in the back and we used it it was great. No complaints at all. Would love to come back same place.

This is a nice property that just missed the mark. It’s the house that almost was. This house comfortably sleeps 14 on mediocre mattresses. Such a large house poorly appointed. Not enough everything. Kitchen is supplied for a family of 8 with less than desirable accommodations. Very cheap pots and pans with little selection and the knives won’t cut butter. Great location and potential.

Great hiking stay

We stayed here with my hiking group and it was a lovely place! The cleaning crew missed a couple things but it was no big deal and the owner was a great communicator for anything we needed. Awesome place, thank you!

There were enough rooms to happily accommodate my family. The location was perfect and the amenities were great. Nice pool outside and a pool table inside satisfied all of us. We didn’t use the exercise equipment, but we appreciate the reminder. The communication with renter, answered every question in a very short time. No issues at all with this property. Great experience.

Excellent property and location!

We rented this home for our high school baseball team to stay at with their coaches. We came down for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect respite from the hot sun and busyness. Our kids loved the pool and the spaciousness of this wonderful home. The host was communicative and helpful Every point of our stay, we will definitely be booking here again.

This house was perfect. Very comfortable house with plenty of room for all. Fun pool table in basement. Kitchen is very large, and nice grill outside. Huge dining room table perfect for entertaining. The pool is beautiful and the backyard, has so much furniture plenty of room to sit. Very centrally located to lots of stores. Great park just down the street, and neighborhood is very safe. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Stay was great. House could have been better outfitted in the kitchen for a large group and there were a few fairly minor maintenance issues. Space was huge, backyard was great with pool, and WinCo was a short, easy walk. Overall, I would recommend this home and James the host.

Family Celebration

We came to celebrate my niece getting her Masters from Arizona State. The house was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. We found it to be very accommodating for our extended family. We especially enjoyed the pool! The region is beyond beautiful and has so many fun places to explore. We took one day and traveled to see the Grand Canyon and my son and I went on a hot air balloon ride over the desert! The best part was how relaxing our stay was. Definitely a vacation destination we will visit again.

We came to town for a funeral. Not the greatest reason to get together. Having a nice home with a relaxing pool, plenty of space to spread out and visit and talk of old times. That makes for a better trip.

The swimming pool and back yard is beautiful and we enjoyed this part of our stay. The house is roomy and easily accommodates large groups. However the house was very under stocked: blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, pillows, etc. The owner brought over supples when we requested so I am grateful for this.Overall the house needs some updating.

Chandler house

This is a big house that my sports team rented for an event around the valley. I would rent this again if we do next year's event. There were 7 of us and this house was a good fit for us due to its size and proximity to the freeway. The size of the house gave us each the ability to have our own space, which was nice. We did have a few minor issues, like no dishwasher soap, which the owner quickly responded to. In general, the owner was very nice and responsive. For us, it was a comfortable house, but I will highlight that out of the 7 beds, 2 are murphy beds, and the pull-out is a thin mattress.

We were a group of six football fans in town for a weekend of golf and football. This house worked out perfect for us.Dr. Bogash was very accommodating and easy to work with. The property was clean and included plenty of 'accessories (kitchen utensils, bathroom products, etc.). Although the landscaping and furnishings in the backyard pool and deck area could use a little updating, we still had a great time in the pool (water was crystal clear as it should be).The location lends itself to no traffic noise, the backyard is very private and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.If you need a six-bedroom house in the Phoenix area, I would have no issue recommending this one.

Nice propoerty that could be amazing with a little TLC

This house is in a perfect location, beautiful backyard, and lots of room for a large family. However, upkeep to the property diminishes its true potential. Many of the blinds are broken or do not work, the outdoor furniture needs new cushions, the beds are not fit for adults, and one garbage can for such a large property is not sufficient.

James was great to work with and very helpful. He was available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The home is very nice and is three levels. I would not recommend it for anyone over the age of 70 or who has mobility issues. Four bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the basement.
