With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, along with a lovely living room with a sofa bed(full),also a desk for you to comfortably work from home, there's plenty of space to unwind. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a hair dryer for added convenience. This terrific property is the perfect home base for your trip. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before leaving, please take out trash, turn off the heater, TV, and lights, lock the front door, return keys to the lockbox, and place towels/linens in the washer.
Checkout is 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkout is $75 per half hour. We need 2–3 hours to clean and prepare for the next guest’s 4:00 PM check-in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
