The layout is designed for both comfort and relaxation. On the first floor, enjoy a full-size private cinema with theater seating for five, a cozy living room enhanced with updated décor and area rugs, a dining area for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island—perfect for group meals or casual mornings.

Also on the main floor is a queen suite with its own bathroom. Upstairs, the home features two master king suites, a second queen suite, and a two single-bed bedroom ideal for kids or teens. All bedrooms are styled for comfort and privacy, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the upper level. Dual AC units ensure cool temperatures throughout the home.

Step outside to your private screened patio with an in-ground pool and outdoor dining area—perfect for sunbathing, evening drinks, or relaxing after a day at the parks.

Located on a corner lot within Bellavida, this home also gives guests access to resort amenities including a community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, basketball court, playground, and 24-hour gated security.

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.

Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
