This area of North Charleston is very up and coming with lots of construction and new home builds. There are still run down houses and empty lots that may not be very Aesthetically Pleasing to some. About the host
Hosted by Anthony

Me and my wife have been in Charleston for 13 years now and we absolutely love it. Close to 3 amazing beach towns, the best food around and all the history with the city you just can’t beat it.
Why they chose this property
I work as a firefighter in this city and when me and wife got married this small house was all we could afford. We put a lot of work into it and started a family. When it was time to upgrade we were to attached to the house to sell it so we decided to make it a short term rental.
What makes this property unique
This house was built in the 1950’s when the housing in this community was used mostly for military families when the old naval base was up and running until it was shut down in 1996.
