Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close up the sandbox and lower the cover after each use to ensure that no animals or rain gets into the sand.
Prior to departure and after the grill has cooled down, please wipe out the Blackstone and replace the cover on it.
All dog waste must be cleaned up and properly disposed of prior to checkout or an additional fee will be incurred.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ienjoy making amazing spaces for people through creative design both in homes and RVs. We have hosted guests for 3 years at our vacation home in Port Aransas, TX. We are excited to now welcome guests to a new location in Tolar.

We love Tolar because of its central location to Lake Granbury/Granbury Square, Glen Rose and Stephenville. Tolar has small town charm and quiet neighborhoods where families can get outside and feel safe.
What makes this property unique
Our property was designed with families in mind and has endless amenities for all ages (and the furry family members too!). We have a private dog park, sandbox, propane fire pit, Blackstone grill, pergola with outdoor seating, swingset, a hammock, a Cowboy pool, indoor games, outdoor yard games, Nintendo Switch and so much more!
