This house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, but it is perfectly situated for quick access to shopping, resorts, golf courses, and other activities. The outdoor area was a major hit with our active boys (ages 7-15) enjoying the pool basketball, putting green, and hot tub. The lemon-lime tree in the backyard was a fun twist with ripe lemons falling off naturally every day. Definitely recommend this stay!

Check-in was fine, as was responsiveness. My only issue with the property was that the jacuzzi is not listed as an "extra charge" to heat, the pool is but please know-the jacuzzi is cold and obviously is no amenity without heat, much like a shower. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty/filters completely full of debris and there was trash inside the home not removed from the previous tenant, that had a very foul odor, as were the large trash cans outside (overflowing). The property manager had only 2 things to say "you'll need to pay extra for jacuzzi heat" & I'll send someone to pick up the trash, no one ever picked up the trash, we disposed of it, and it was disgusting. We could have stayed at a very nice resort nearby w/jacuzzi and heated pool for much less. Would not stay at this home again.

Julie, We do disclose on the listing that the spa is an extra charge. It is a gas spa and quite expensive to run. I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We will use the feedback to improve the experience for future guests.
