Discover the beauty of Fruitland Park from this brilliant 1-bedroom apartment. The cozy space features a nice king bed with a workstation and a smart TV. Adorable living room with 2 futons for even more guests. Stunning shower with a bench, Great kitchen area to prepare meals. Located next to Gardina Park and the Fruitland Park Community Center. Daily pool rates are $3 per person. Rent a kayak or take a boat tour at Lake Griffin State Park just minutes away. Walmart is just over 1 mile away. The Villages, Spanish Springs, UF Health Hospital, Great shopping, and a plethora of fantastic restaurants are all less than 10 miles away. Generally, a little over an hour from Orlando International Airport, depending on traffic. This beautiful space provides a memorable and comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
