You can literally jump in the water from the backyard or sunbath 6 feet from the water. This tranquil retreat offers an excellent AC for guests to enjoy. With one bathroom, this enjoyable space is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Parking on site in the building is available at $30 per day. Metered parking on the street is free after 6 pm till 10 am.
Apartment has a well equipped kitchenet for cooking and saving money.
