Hello! We've re-listed our property (June 2025) after taking a five-year break from hosting.

Welcome to your ideal Lake Chelan getaway! This spacious and well-equipped 3,100 square foot property is located on the sought-after "Point" inside Wapato Point Resort in Manson, Washington. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it’s perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and access to the very best the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer.

Perched to take advantage of beautiful westerly views over Manson Bay, this home offers stunning sunsets and a peaceful setting just a short walk from the lake. Inside, the home features a large open-concept great room upstairs and a roomy daylight basement downstairs — plenty of space to gather, relax, or find a quiet corner to unwind.

The property is fully stocked for your stay. The kitchen is newly updated and comes ready with all the cookware, dishes, and appliances you’ll need. Linens, towels, and bedding are provided — just bring your suitcase. Enjoy meals around the dining table or outside on the deck with lake views and fresh mountain air.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
You'll find a trash compactor located at the RV lot (exact location shared at check-in). Please ensure all trash is removed from premises.
Having dishes washed and/or loaded in running dishwasher along with stripping bedding helps the cleaning team turn over the property a few hours. Thanks in advance for you help here.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SNIP OF RESORT RULES (all shared w/you at check-in): Guests can (should :-) use common areas. No trespassing on private lots. No sleeping in vehicles.
Guests must register at the Front Desk. 1 person is accountable for guest behavior. Failure to comply may result in fines/dismissal from the resort.
No loud noise from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. RVs/boats must be registered and parked in the RV/Boat Trailer Lot. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.

We've loved and cared for this home for over 20 years. In 2020, we made Wapato Point our full-time residence and began thoughtfully remodeling many areas of the house. The kitchen was fully updated with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and GE Profile appliances. We also installed maple hardwood floors and created a cozy downstairs space that's perfect for movie nights.

September of 2024, we relocated to the Wenatchee area.

On the east side, Chelan View Dr overlooks the dry, rolling hills characteristic of the area’s high desert landscape. On the west side, where this house you'll enjoy stunning westerly views of Manson Bay and uplake toward the Cascade Mountains — a perfect vantage point for unforgettable sunsets.
