Enjoy a beach vacation, fishing or water park get away. This fully furnished efficiency has everything you will need for comfortable living. With a queen size bed and sofa sleeper, this property will accommodate three to four guests. It also features all appliances, including washer and dryer inside. Central air and heating to keep you comfortable during any season. Both cable and internet are provided. Located on the first floor, the patio offers a breathtaking view of the pool and canal. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is a short walk down the street and the beach is only minutes away. Bring your boat along and tie up at one of the boat slips! Some of the best fishing on the Gulf Coast!

Great place overall

A little too far from the beach for a golf cart, and no where to park if we got it. We did not have a parking pass during our stay so we had to make one on a piece of paper and stick on our dash......we went out early each morning to make sure our truck had not been towed. The place is nice, just a little small. Pool excellent!!

Great place for a short stay for a couple.

Overall I give it 3 stars. AC worked well so that is a very important pro. Con is no WiFi and property renter never responded to us about it during our 3 day stay. Bathtub does not have a plug to use bath so plan to stick to showers only.

No problem with the property itself. We did have a problem with the door code. They sent the wrong code to our email and we happened to get another couple staying there to let us in. Property manager did call the next day and offered us a free night for the trouble so that was good.

Corpus Weekend

The property was old, not very well landscaped. Entry doors to complex were difficult. The weather was bad so we were confined to the room very much. The mosquitoes were horrible. The unit was well equipped but extremely small. Good for a couple but that’s it. The shower curtain fell about 4 am waking us up. The tub area needs to be renovated. Not much room for your clothes as most drawers were full of sheets and towels. Very limited space. We left a day early. I would not recommend this place.

D&F's Corpus vacation

We were given a code that was out of date and couldn't get into the complex except by grabbing the door someone left ajar. I rec a call with the property managers number, who gave us the code. He was pleasant and later we complimented him on his picking and taking care of the plants and the pool area. The room was okay, doors on closet were stuck and could only open a bit. We cleaned out the door track to the outside and it worked fine, didn't mess with the closet much. No plug for the tub that we could locate, so stuck to showers, loved the shower head. Unclear as to the laundry, pulled the dirty bedding and towels and left on the floor of the closet. We left a day early as an injury the day before we arrived has me on a cane with a swollen and painful foot and it go the best of me.

So Disappointed

My friend came into town and we were excited to stay here. It was a good location. The morning of check in the owner called me because I asked about the type of coffee pot, he said they had a k-cup type. We arrived later that day and when we got in the room it was 84 degrees, the AC wasn't working. I called the owner and he sent someone right out. It took the guy 3 hours to fix (6pm to 9pm), but we were just like "ok, no big deal". After we got home from dinner and drinks, 2am, we went to turn on the TV and there was no internet. At 10am when I went to make coffee, the coffee pot wouldn't work. So.. needless to say I was very disappointed. I contacted the owner after the coffee pot fiasco (I'm a huge coffee person which was why I asked about the coffee pot before the trip) and he NEVER contacted me back! We stayed from Saturday, 1 July to Monday 3 July and he didn't contact me about the internet or coffee pot. I'm just so disappointed. Good luck to anyone who stays, I hope your stay is better than mine.

Exactly like describe, comfortable bed, well use of a small space. Great place for two people to spend a quick weekend at the beach. The pool looked great, but the rain kept us from trying it out

The place was clean inside, well kept. The pool was extremely clean. Close to everything you need in Corpus or Port Aransas. A bit small, but if you can put up with that, it is worth the money to stay here.

It was a perfect stay! The key lock box was kind of hidden but I understand there is no other place to put it. We had one issue which was finding out the unit number. I had to go to the pool and find the patio that matches the pictures and try that door… other than that it was great
