Encantada Resort has a great amenity package including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center, kitchen, a day spa, arcade room, and theater. The clubhouse faces a lake, and guests can enjoy the community swimming pool, the kids' playground, restaurant & bar, and other activities during their stay.
The community is situated on US 192, that gives easy access to major Florida highways (Hwy. 429, I-4, and US 27). Great location to explore all the surroundings, such as restaurants & bars, shopping malls, nature trails and conservation areas, vineyards, and the world-famous attraction parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Fun Spot, Legoland, Kennedy Space Center, and much more fun!
Impressive contemporary style defined by clean lines and natural colors. The ground floor has an open-space that is warm and inviting. Guest can enjoy having great times on this integrated dining/living room and preparing delicious plates on the modern full-stocked kitchen. All is facing the screened patio with a spa and sitting area.
The upper floor features three bedrooms consisting of the Master Bedroom with a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with two TwinSize beds, and the third bedroom with a QueenSize bed. There is also a bathroom that can be shared by these two bedrooms.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount.
