Welcome to Windsor Palms, a secure gated community where families can relax and enjoy resort-style living only three miles from Walt Disney World. The neighborhood offers a wide variety of amenities, including a large swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, and clubhouse with fun activities for all ages.



This single-story four-bedroom, two-bath home has a bright, comfortable layout designed for family living. High ceilings and open spaces create a light, easy atmosphere, while the private south-facing pool and screened lanai offer plenty of room to play or unwind in the sun. The home is also just a short walk from the clubhouse, making it simple to enjoy everything the resort has to offer.



Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms with twin-over-full beds—ideal for children or teens. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower makes mornings easy for everyone.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Perfect family accommodation

Perfect location, meaning a short drive to the Disney parks and shops. Superb space and a lovely pool. Everything you could want for a great stay. We loved the air hockey and pool table too. We will definitely recommend to friends and family, and would stay here again should we return.

This rental was not as clean or modern as other rentals in Windsor Palms. The unit looked well used. We had a couple of issues (dirty sheets, handle fell off toilet) which were resolved by the end of the day. The bedrooms do not have dressers for your clothing, which I felt were needed. Check-in instructions were sent beforehand and were very helpful for a smooth check-in.

Great vacation getaway

We enjoyed our stay! It was very conveniently located, close to everything! The pool area was great for the kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms had lots of space. We loved the layout of the home. They were very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night to our stay. No complaints!

A Month Stay

Family enjoyed the property. The location just around the corner to the best Tiki bar and General store on the property. Location of so many things to do in the area around Windsor Palms. So happy with everything I booked for a month stay in 2025. A very friendly and secure place to vacation.

Everything was good great place to stay and relax with the family, the pool was perfect for the hot weather we have fun. The house is how you see it in the picture nice and clean with constable bed the kitchen has everything you need, but one thing that will recommend having is a pizza tray for the oven. overall, as a family of 5 we have a amazing and relaxing time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as the listing stated. My only complaint was one of the kids bedrooms looked like the bedding wasn’t changed so we did that ourselves. No big deal. I loved the fact that we could donate the unopened food that we weren’t able to use instead of throwing it out.

Location was great and booking was super simple. House was very dirty though. There was someone in every room. 3 of the 4 bed we had to rewash sheets because there was hair on the bed sheets and pillows. There was also a dead cockroach in the shower. The guest bathroom had what looked like tooth paste in the sink from the previous renters and hair/urine on the toilet. We had to clean before we could really use the house.

Good stay despite hurricane Milton

Good little house, a bit dated in parts but overall good experience.The bad (and there was only one thing)The house keeping left a lot to be desired on check in - some parts of the house looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months. I only wish I took a picture of the mound of human hair between the primary bedroom bed frame and mattress.The rest of the stay was good. Neighborhood was beautiful, - pool was clean, enough good quality pots and pans in the kitchen to cook with.My family and I very much enjoyed this place and would stay again.Hurricane Milton went overhead during our stay - lost power for 32 hours so had to resort to my own generator. The property manager unfortunately couldn’t help at all with anything so we were on our own.

Good size and location however property overpriced for the condition. Lots of wear and tear and in general was dated and in need of redecoration. Felt rather grubby when we arrived and not as clean as we would have expected. Pool and deck covered in Algee looked like not cleaned in a long time awning torn and Algee covered as were the padded sun loungers

Buyer beware

This property was one of the worst I've stayed in on VRBO. My son found hair on his bed that made him feel uncomfortable the whole night. Also, keep an eye out for black ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. The sofa was disgusting. I didn't even want to sit on it. The walls were scuffed and discolored. The house gets a bit too much use. Probably a great problem for the owner. That means this property is a real cash cow. Great for them. But the least you can do is clean it...
