The house was clean and convenient, and we enjoyed it. Check-in was difficult because I went to the front door but no keypad entry. I went around back, inside a fence, had a cottage and a back door to choose from. Finally found the right entrance, unmarked. More directions would have been nice! Communication from the owner was awful.

We got the code to the wrong unit. This unit was much smaller had only one bathroom . It was completely different from what I booked. Once I contacted them, it took 20h to get back to me. I send a message after we left and did not hear from them for 5 days. We got told we would get a refund. I finally contacted Vrbo to see if they can help. We did get a partial refund. The place was clean .
