Great stay! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Communication with the manager was excellent and they were quick to respond to any questions. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Very clean.Fitness center offsite, no availability when we wanted to work out, no iron/ ironing board, TV not working in 1 bedroom. Please get new bed pillows…Otherwise was ok stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the unit. I do want to address a few of the concerns you mentioned. The TV issue in the bedroom has since been resolved a new TV was ordered and installed. Regarding the iron and ironing board, they were located in a locked closet, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Had we known you needed access during your stay, we would have gladly provided it while we were onsite addressing the TV. As for the fitness center, since we are located in the West End/downtown area, access to our partnered facility does require an RSVP in advance to take advantage of the discounted rate. We understand this may not have been clear and will work on improving communication around that. We also appreciate your note about the pillows and will be replacing them to improve guest comfort.
