We were very happy with this home! The bedrooms were all a great size with huge closets. The location was fantastic- there was a grocery store just down the street and we were close to downtown and Sprit Mountain was just a short (beautiful) drive. The reason we chose to book this house was for the two living areas with lots of seating and plenty of beds for our group of 9.

Communication with the owner was always timely. The home accommodated the needs of our family group as we participated in a wedding. Plenty of room. Home was clean and beds were comfortable as advertised. Because it was in the winter we did not have an opportunity to use the outside areas. Conveniently located to shops and grocery store as well as the overall Duluth area itself. Would consider staying here again.

This VRBO is clean, comfortable, meets the needs of family groups of different ages, great Duluth location and has everything that you might need. We came to Duluth as an extended family group of 9 whose ages ranged from 1 to 68 years old to see the Bentleyville lights and the aquarium.There is room in the driveway for 3 cars including a one car garage. The beds are very comfortable and the house was spotless. We were quite pleased and may make this trip a family tradition hoping to stay at the Toledo Blue House.

This property has many updated features- Great to lounge by a fire pit and play in the backyard. Main level is an open concept to include all family members or guests. You can retreat to the downstairs living room to watch a movie or read.
Plenty of room for a multiple family stay.
You will have access to a single car garage where you can store other items Kayaks, bikes, motorcycles and air out hockey gear or other sport equipment.
