This fully equipped condo home is an easy, scenic 2 hour drive north of Toronto in the heart of beautiful Muskoka. Designed by renowned architect Richard Wengle the condo home is part of Clublink's Lakeside at Rockycrest Resort. It is adjacent to the nationally ranked 18 hole Rockycrest Golf Course and the shore of Lake Joseph, one of the largest and cleanest lakes in the Muskoka region. The location of the condo-home is the best within the resort with the SW patio exposure enjoying both privacy and long sunny days. With the master king bedroom and ensuite bath plus walk-in closet on the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 queen rooms and room with 2 twins) and a 4 piece bathroom on the second floor. The main living area has a 2 story cathedral ceiling and an attached screened in porch (muskoka room). There is a Weber BBQ on the patio.

The condo-home is beautifully decorated with premium furniture, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large family dining table that seats 10 people, light hardwood floors, main floor fireplace, 2 flat screen TVs with dvd player, and full laundry facilities. All linens, high quality bedding and bath towels are provided.

Amenities of the resort include 3 restaurants, 2 pools, modern workout facilities, lakeside hot tub, bikes, tennis courts, canoes and kayaks, basketball courts, pool tables, water trampolines, kids camp (summer only, add. fee), and easily managed hiking trails.

In addition to all the summer activities, this truly is a four season property with spectacular fall colours, and skating, snowshoeing and cross country skiing (downhill skiing at Mt St Louis is 30 minutes away) are just a short list of winter activities on plowed roads and walking paths.

Lovely home on beautiful resort

Great place for friends or family. The resort has great water facilities to take advantage of. Hiking trails, and onsite dining. The house has great seating outdoors and in the screened in porch.

Unexpected closure

Although we enjoyed our stay at the cottage the facilities which were a big draw for us have been neglected for some time. The “children’s pool” or upper pool was very cold and obviously not looked after - we had to clean ourselves, including getting frogs from pool. There was no life guard at lower pool and we had some issues with older rowdy boys diving in pool and basically misbehaving even though we spoke with them. Whole resort is tired and could use a upgrade.

Wonderful well appointed cottage

We've shared this wonderful cottage with a family of friends over Victoria Day long weekend and we were so impressed with all the amenities and attention to detail. The cottage is super comfortable for 8 people, the kitchen has everything you might need and the patio area is just lovely. We even got tennis rackets, a basketball, puzzles and a whole array of other accoutrements we didn't have a chance to enjoy. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Short getaway with the family from Toronto

The resort amenities with tennis, basketball, golf, hiking trails and the usual water amenities including pool offers something for everyone and the family thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the resort, the 3 restaurants and the house. The house is super cozy with 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty space for extended family and is super well equipped. We can only recommend this place and Rod was super to deal with.

Great summer vacation getaway!!

Loved staying here - all the amenities needed in a kitchen were at your finger tips, spacious, relaxing especially with out door area as well as the indoor living space. The "frog" pond was a bonus not to mention the nets for catching them!! Waterfront area was great, a bit of a hike but a 3 minute walk is nothing to complain about when you have boats, slides, beach and pool to choose from.Lots to do for kids (play area) and wonderful golfing. A definite winner!!

The condo/cottage is exactly as advertised, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed. The resort has decent (but not luxurious) amenities, and the golf course is great.

A nice place to be when you just want to getaway from the city.

The place was well equipped with everything you have at home. It accommodated 9 people nicely. Woukd be nice if there were activities to do in the winter. It seems like during the summer months there is lots to do.

Great time in a Winter Wonderland

Three things: 1. The owner Rod is a great guy and super easy to deal with. Everything on the transaction and information side was simple and hassle free. Upon arrival everything was perfectly in order including a small welcome gift from Rod which was a very nice touch. 2. The unit was in good condition and was exactly as advertised. Furnished wonderfully and even stocked with a few extras that made our stay even better than expected. The pictures you see here are exactly as wonderful as it oohs in real life. 3. We went over the holiday break and it was VERY cold (-30's) but the kids absolutely loved being outside tobogganing, skating, playing hockey, playing in the snow, going for walks, etc. I had some concerns that the kids would be bored but it was the opposite, they loved and want to return next year. I think this will be an annual tradition of experiences for the kids. Thanks much to Rod for the great unit, appreciate everything and I highly recommend this resort in the winer and Rod's unit!
