Nice Clean Quiet Family House
Nice clean 4 bedroom house, lots of space. Quiet neighborhood. Very fast internet connection and wifi.

Here is a detailed description:
The main house has two parts: the bedroom area and the living area.
Bedroom Area: There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is a total of bedspace for 10 people. Here is the size of the beds:
Master bedroom is King Size bed ( bedspace for 2). This is shown in the picture.
Bedroom #2 is Queensize ( bedspace for 2), and has desk.
Bedroom #3 has a three-bed Bunk Bed (bedspace for 4). One mattress is full size; two are twin size: one on top bed and the pullout bed, so you can have two people on these. The full size (aka double mattress) can have two small adults, but please be advised this bed full size/double mattress and may not be ideal for two large adults. This is the bunkbed room and has a picture. (Bedspace for 4 normal size adults).
Bedroom #4 is Queensize bed( bedspace for 2) in this room.
Bedrooms #2,3 & 4 share the hallway bathroom.
The master bedroom and bathroom are located at the end of the same hallway.
The Living Area: The living area of the house has a living room, a dining room, the kitchen and kitchen dining area, and we converted the formal living room into an Office room. There is also a laundry room connected to the kitchen.
There is plenty of room in the space. In comparing our space with others in this part of Austin, you will most likely have more space with us.
We have very fast wifi with two channels. Also there are LAN ethernet cables in Bedroom #2, and in the Office—200+Mbps.
The Suite: We have another three rooms and bathroom which were added after the original construction, which we call The Suite. The Suite has it's own entrance and exit door. There is Zero common space. There is one door with deadbolts on both sides and locked at all times, just like a hotel door in between adjacent hotel rooms, which connects to the main house. This is different than the main house, and it is where we (my 10 year old son and I) stay when we have guests. This space is 100% separate from your space; you do not have access to the Suite, and vice versa. The only time you may see us would be on the driveway in case we are leaving or arriving at the same time. The Suite entrance is located on the back of the house on the second floor which we access from an exterior staircase on the back of the house, after walking through our side gate.
The garage is off limits.
We are on a septic tank system. The system can easily handle 6 people who take less than 10 minute showers each during wet weather. If it is dry weather, no worries. If you take 30+ minute showers, please book elsewhere.
If you book July 18 checkin with July 23 check out, I will discount the nightly rate 20% for the midweek trip. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

My life is God and my family. I cannot live without them. Our favorite travel destinations are Florida and California. We vacationed extensively in Lake Tahoe and always enjoyed it's beauty. We enjoy beaches and pools, our favorite past times. We enjoy our time together, whether it be playing, cooking, cleaning, dining out, getting homework and Kumon work done, doing cub scout work, little league at Town and Country Optimist, going to church, and scouting out a new park, we enjoy it all. We also enjoy a quite movie night every chance we get.
This property has been in my family since 1978. I purchased the property when I returned from California. It brings great happiness to us when other families experience special occasions such as wedding, graduations, vacations, and other gatherings while at our home.
Our style of travelling is usually one of two extremes: one, we have a lot of activities to attend and as such will be out all day long; or two, we may want to relax and have a movie night.

Why they chose this property
This property has a very large amount of space for the dollar you pay, is very quiet and peaceful, while being very close to everything Austin has to offer. If you prefer Four Seasons accommodations, this is not it. You get great value for what you pay, and have easy access to: downtown, the Domain, F1 COTA, SXSW, ACL, Lake Travis, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and the Parmer Lane Tech Corridor.
