Where do I begin..the house was just beautiful! The amenities were great . All the extra touches (coffee bar, muffin mix waters, snacks etc..) were so appreciated.Kasie & Mark are such nice people. We had a family emergency & they was so helpful.We will need to go back to Morganton at some point & I will definitely stay here again!!Thank for the personalized cutting board it was so nice of you

A beautiful home that is well taken care of and well appointed. Close to shopping and eateries but situated in a quiet area with plenty of privacy, Will rent again when we return to Morganton. Hosts were great communicators throughout the process.

The perfect stay for a visit near Hickory. Went down for our son’s golf tournament in Hickory. This home was in Morganton but only about 20 minutes from the tournament in Hickory. House was extremely clean and had everything you need. Enjoyed the living room and comfortable bed. House is in a nice area away from the neighbors. Thanks for the hospitality. Matthew

Immaculately clean. Pictures and description are accurate. Location to Morganton - specifically those needing to attend events at NCSSM, the home is perfect. If you are a lover of coffee, the extensive coffee bar will not disappoint. The special personal details are one of a kind, most appreciative. Variety of snacks, cereals, chocolates, water and even fresh eggs. All furniture is especially comfortable, there are 5 available reclining seats just in the living room. As stated and pictured, the home is on one level, garage and basement are “not” accessible. Should you have difficulty climbing steps, there are no handrails at the front three step entrance onto the porch. The second step to then stepping on porch is high and a bit difficult for those of us who have arthritis. A handrail would be so beneficial and allow much easier access. Also, there is no gate/barrier to many steep steps leading down to basement from a narrow entry way in living room. If you have little ones, please bring a baby gate to block this area off. Hostess were very responsive to communication. The home is well maintained and decor is amazing. I would 100% recommend and I will definitely stay again if handrails are added to front steps.Please- you must consider this home as I promise you will not find a cleaner, well stocked VRBO.

Very kind hosts with a very handy guide that helps better than app. We didn’t see mailbox number at first (late at night). It is a top level rental. Special touches are all throughout the entire home, including a personalized gift for guest(s). Many new housewares, amazing hot or cold drink selection with beautiful hot/cold to-go cups and fun snacks. Fresh, farm raised eggs with butter and muffin mix, including muffin cups! Expert housekeeping of which my 95 yr old grandmother noticed the shiny floors! Seasonal decorations tastefully arranged like a movie set. So, if you would like to feel special, definitely book this place. My 18 yr old daughter even enjoyed the corvette style 2nd bedroom of which Barbie would approve;) including the cozy blankets and sparkly pillows in master room! Nice bath products and towels. I recommend the large glass bottle drinks be removed and part of the book selection revised/placed away from youth. We were in town for the bird show, and some stores are closed on Mondays.
