Our two-story home is one block to the beautiful beach, close to nightlife, the airport and historic city center. You’ll love our home's ideal location and the ambiance. Convenient to shopping, world-class restaurants, swimming, golfing, National seashore parks, antique shops, fishing, mountain biking in famous Fort Clinch. It's a great place for couples, golfers, adventurers, and families. Stroll the quite streets with your significant other or four-legged friend. Open the windows and listen to the gentle breeze and ocean surf hitting the shore. If you want to relax you have found it. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely home.

Winter 24

Property was very small, one couch and dining room chairs were only seating. Property needs major refresh and some pride of ownership. Backyard was gravel covered in algae and decomposing leaves which rendered it useless. Picnic table and umbrella had algae so not very appealing. Other properties seemed to have regular yard maintenance which may help here. Owners had left cupboards and drawers full of stuff which we had to box up so we had space.

A wonderful area of the world

We enjoyed the neighbors, the beach and proximity to everything. Most of all the town of Fernandia was so very special. Yes, the food was fabulous, the shops also very upscale. Dog friendly, an understatement!

Great beech access.

Great beech access. Easy walk to the beech especially with the beech wagon that was provided. Property was very dated and could use an overall clean and upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.

Many things didn’t work such as dishwasher and outdoor grill. Way too many personal objects we moved.

Beautiful two story home, with new furniture and fully renovated kitchen. One block from Fernandina's pristine beaches, and a short walk to a large fishing pier. Explore the nearby several miles long beautiful bike path on (2) beach-cruiser bicycles available during your stay, or cruise on the beach to enjoy the scenery

Our home is 5 miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach and one block off the ocean with beach access. Downtown Fernandina is a romantic historic town with cobblestone roads, eateries, bars with live entertainment nightly. Our home is quite but has multiple restaurants are within walking distance. Municipal 27 hole golf course is one mile south with many more Amelia Island resort golf courses just a few minutes drive. Day-trips include Jacksonville Florida or Jacksonville Beach a 3/4 hour drive south, St. Augustine, FL, river cruise to Cumberland Island, GA or Drive to St. Mary's, GA, Savannah, GA or Jekyll Island, GA.
