Come sail away with me! Avid boaters will feel right at home in this spacious and airy two-bedroom, two bathroom condo. The master bedroom is fully rigged up with a luxurious king-sized bed, personal television, and attached master bathroom featuring a lengthy double vanity. The second bedroom is perfect for your additional crew members, with two full-sized beds, and is located only steps away from the second full bathroom. A galley might be acceptable on a real sailboat, but in a condo of this size, only a full kitchen will do, stocked with all of your culinary needs! At the end of the day, relax in the cozy living area, including a new sleeper sofa, or recline on the wrap-around porch, listening to the waves and dreaming of your next ocean-bound adventure!

Summer Winds is located behind Beachside Colony's town homes, but is mere steps away from the beach beyond, with a partial ocean view overlooking the pool to the horizon.

This condo has a large balcony with an interior property view. All of our condos have elevator access. Two assigned parking spaces are available for this condo. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. We offer unparalleled access to both the beach and pools, making it the most convenient destination on Tybee Island. Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. The pool area is complemented by outdoor lounge seating, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. Additionally, our onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen, boasts a walk-up bar, ensuring that refreshments are always within reach. Whether you're soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip, our amenities are designed to elevate your stay to new heights of relaxation and enjoyment.

Located oceanfront, our resort enjoys a prime location in the heart of Tybee Island. Situated midway between the pier, the island's bustling center for shopping and nightlife, and the historic Tybee Light Station, one of America's seven colonial-era lighthouses still in operation.

With this mid-island location, guests can easily explore these iconic landmarks and soak in the rich history and vibrant culture of Tybee Island. Moreover, our mid-island location ensures convenience, with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance, allowing guests to immerse themselves fully in the island's charm and offerings.

Conveniently situated directly across the street from Beachside Colony is Tybee's Memorial Park, offering a wealth of recreational opportunities for guests to enjoy. This picturesque park is home to various amenities, including tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a captivating playground suitable for children of all ages. The Island’s YMCA is adjacent to Memorial Park and offers day passes for visiting guests. Additionally, the park features picnic and grill areas, making it an ideal setting for small to large family gatherings and social events.
