Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're glad to hear the cabin had everything you needed for a great stay. And what an incredible experience seeing five bears during your visit! That's definitely one of the special things about spending time in the mountains! It was a pleasure hosting y'all, and we'd love to welcome you back for another unforgettable stay anytime.
Excellent, very responsive host. Cabin was very clean, and our large extended family enjoyed using it as a base for meals and sleeping while vacationing. The vacuum being made available was very appreciated, since having small children meant lots of clean up (not to mention tracking things in from our outdoor adventures)! Washer and dryer was also utilized during our stay. The outdoor fireplace made a great place to sit and visit after putting kids to bed. Kitchen was large enough for multiple people to use at the same time, and lots of good meals were produced.

The hosts(Bryan and Katie)were welcoming and checked in with us to be sure everything was going smoothly. The place was very peaceful with the creek running beside the property and the fireplace (pit)was also amazing. The inside was very clean and spacious for our big family! Beds were comfortable in every room! We would definitely stay again! The Staffords

Thank you so much! We truly loved hosting your family. It makes us so happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful creek, the fire pit, and the comfortable space for everyone to gather. We would absolutely love to welcome you all back again.
Property is exactly as advertised. If anything, it was under sold. The highlight for us was the kitchen/dining area. We were a group of nine and prepared dinner every night of our stay followed by card and board games on the big table. The cooks were in heaven. The overall layout of the cabin was perfect for our eclectic group. Great common areas but also plenty of room to spread out for a little private time as well. Location of the cabin was perfect, especially if you're focusing on the Gatlinburg/Cades Coves/Townsend side of the park. The unmarked entrance into the park off of Wears Valley Rd. was super convenient. You can get into the park quickly (15 min) without dealing with the Gatlinburg entrance mayhem. We had visits from bear and deer on property during our stay. Lastly communication with Ryan was amazing. I've rented close to 20 cabins in the Smokies, but this was my first time flying instead of driving. I had a lot of questions because we couldn't bring much. The replies were blazingly quick and kind. Thank you for your patience, Bryan. The plusses are too many to list. Ten out of ten!!

It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the shared spaces, the setting, and your time exploring the Smokies. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication, it was a pleasure helping with all your questions. We’d be absolutely delighted to welcome you back for your next mountain getaway! 😊
Great cabin and great host! Everything was in working order and we had no problem checking in or throughout our stay. Bryan messaged once a day to see if we were OK, needed anything, and to make sure we were having a great stay. Much appreciated and very good hosting.Kitchen was amazing. Views and yard were great. They take bears and trash very seriously! We used the cabin for a professional retreat. Only thing to note (and our compliments to the photographer) is the bedroom with the bunk beds and two single beds is much smaller than the picture represents.10/10, would stay here again and would rent other properties from this host!
