Awesome for groups

We stayed here for a family vacation, with three families and it was perfect. The separate units gave everyone their own private space and the large upstairs unit was the perfect place for group gatherings. The site manager was also fantastic. Any issues we had he resolved for us very quickly. The only downfall was the beds in some of the units we’re overly comfortable and it was a little further from the centre of Tulum than we had hoped, but that’s just because we were travelling with some younger kids who couldn’t walk as far. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

A fantastic deal on a fantastic place. 2 minor problems. 1) requested a toilet seat for one that was missing. It never happened. Learned that if you put your knees far enough apart, you won't fall in. 2) no propane for the clothes dryer. There is a clothes line. But, we packed wet clothes to come home. Both are "first world" problems. And not a huge inconvenience. My party of 9 was very happy. We'd stay here again.

The property is well kept and extremely comfortable, all the rooms were well kept and spacious.

Our family was extremely satisfied with the property, the keeper, the owner and VRBO. When we were accidentally locked out of one of room, VRBO and the owner went out of their ways to help us and kept in touch with us until Raul, the property keeper, came and solved the problem. If there is a blemish on the property is the lack of cable television and the area were the property is located, is not the best looking. Having said that, we still highly recommend this property and for sure will use it if we ever return to Tulum. On behalf of my family thank you.

When I booked this house I was super pumped! It was everything it said it was, as far as size, amenities, etc. It fit our families perfect! There are not many properties available for large family sizes and affordable. There were a few things that didn't work out, as well. When we arrived the master bedroom A/C unit was out. Come to find out, they knew about it, but didn't inform me. We also had 2 other units not working, in the other apts. They had someone come out immediately to look at them but were unable to fix. There was also a problem with the dryer, which could have been taken care of before we arrived. And there ended up being a problem with the pool, also. I understand things happen but I think closer attention paid to property would help. I would book this house again, but would make sure everything is in working order before arrival.

Alisa, thank you for your feedback. The homeowner became aware of these issues as they arose, and did everything they could to have them resolved for your stay. The A/C units could not be repaired and there was a delay while the owner was waiting for the replacements to be delivered. The humid climate in Riviera Maya can lead to problems with electrical systems, but this is the first time that so many things have gone wrong at once. While each maintenance issue has since been thoroughly resolved, the owner knows that this was not fair to your group and would love the opportunity to welcome you back as their guest!
