Soak up a modern, beach vibe in this spacious 1 bedroom guest suite with vaulted ceilings and easy parking. Fully stocked kitchen, full-size bathroom w/ tub, two-smart TVs, just minutes to the coast (Doheny State beach is closest) & amazing hiking trails with ocean views are right above the home! Guest Suite is attached to the main house, however you have a completely private entrance and there is no access between the two. Suite is private and very quiet! Just a 2-minute drive from downtown Dana Point with shops, restaurants, & the historic harbor. Located conveniently where Dana Point, San Clemente & San Juan Capistrano meet, with convenient access to the 5-freeway.
*Additional sleeping options include queen air-mattress, twin roll-away, and small futon-sofa (perfect for children). Linens provided for all options. Main room has a ceiling fan, and portable AC & heaters are provided.

I grew up in the area and I feel lucky to have settled in this special place. I love the ocean and the vibe a beach town offers. Plus, you really can't beat the weather here :)

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this quiet neighborhood, perched on the hill with amazing views! One of my favorite parts about this neighborhood are the miles of hiking trails located just up the hill, that stretch up and down the coast with incredible 180 degree views of the ocean & surrounding cities.
