About this property

Comfy lake view home, sleeps 12+. Lake access, great for teams & large families.

Comfy home at the Lake of the Ozarks. 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Great for large groups and families. On the quieter side of the Lake, and less than 40 minutes from Ball Parks National. Boat ramp to launch your boat is right in front of the house. Boat slip just 1/2 mile from the house is available for minimal charge to prevent the extra in and out. This home has plenty of space inside and out to enjoy the wonderful lake life. Primary bedroom has king size bed with an en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. It is located next to the full bathroom in the hallway across from the laundry area. Main living room, dining room and kitchen are on the same level. On the lower level is the bunk room with two (2) twin over full bunk beds and a sitting room that has a couch with a pull out bed. Just off that sitting room is the third full bath. Whether you’re inside or out, there are plenty of places to gather and enjoy your vacation at the lake.

Why they chose this property

We have a great mix of full-time and weekend residents here. Located on the “quieter” side of the lake gives vs us the ability to just relax and enjoy the lake views, or take a short boat ride to enjoy the busier areas of the Lake of the Ozarks.

What makes this property unique

Having lake views and lake access allows you to either sit back, relax and do nothing; or grab your water toys and enjoy the water of the Lake of the Ozarks. Being less than 20 miles from Ball Parks National fields makes our home a great choice to wind down after spending the day at the ball fields.
