We had a great vacation. Gretchen was an excellent host and really goes above and beyond. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved exploring the area, walking the beach, boogie boarding, and relaxing in the pool.We hope to come back and stay again in the near future!

We loved our time at the condo. It fit our needs perfectly. I rent my home on the West Coast of Florida and understand what goes into setting up a house for guests. Gretchen was completely on point. Well kept, super clean, quiet, and SO beautiful with all the amenities! Nice pool with hot tub, beautiful beach with the softest sand! This condo had everything you would need and more! This property was exactly as described and pictured. It had many extras plus it felt cozy and like home. Gretchen was extremely communicative and provided lots of details on the surrounding area. This property was clean, comfortable, and had so many amenities. The best part was the easy access to the beach. Our kid also loved the pool and all the pool toys. There were several great restaurants within 10 minutes. We would definitely recommend this condo!

I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties when vacationing and this is by far the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. It smelled very clean when we walked in. It’s not just sprays to cover up smells, it was truly clean. Most don’t include towels and linens for free, but this host did. It was like staying in a hotel where everything is provided and CLEAN! they had extra snacks and coffee pods provided. They even had dish soap and hand soap! I wish every owner took as much care and went the extra mile. The location was very convenient from the parking lot and the pool is right outside the door. Would recommend staying in this unit.

Absolutely perfect! This was one of the best Vrbo rentals we’ve stayed in. The location was fantastic, the condo was spotless, and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner has clearly put so much thought into making guests feel at home. Communication was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the entire process seamless. Absolutely loved our stay at this Cape Canaveral VRBO! The location was perfect, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and Port Canaveral. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the little extra touches made it feel so welcoming. We especially loved watching the rocket launches and sunsets nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Canaveral!

We are a local family owner who purchased this condo in 2017 as a weekend retreat and lifelong dream to own property on the ocean. You are renting from an Air Force veteran of Operation Desert Storm and nurse at our local hospital. Both originating in Ohio and myself still holding an Ohio cell number, we have grown to love our beach community of Satellite Beach as well as Cape Canaveral. We have been married for 26 years with 4 children and live within 30 minutes of the property. We purchased "Endless Summer" with the intent to share our love of the beach with others, knowing what is necessary and expected during a vacation with children. We frequent the property often, routinely updating, replacing and deep cleaning. Our family has been using VRBO on the "renters side" for many years and still use to this day providing us with insight to make your stay the best it can be.

We have lived in Florida for the past 17 years under constant review of oceanfront properties within a 30 minute radius from our home. After much consideration, we finally decided on the Royal Mansions complex due to its quiet location yet close proximity to all the tourist destinations. We consider our property to be in the perfect location for enjoying a vacation with family who want to be on the beach, yet have peace and quiet. This condo is outfitted with 4 beds within a 1 bedroom, 800 square foot print. Understanding that I want to be near my children and not separated by hotel room doors, this arrangement provided the economic way to vacation!

What makes this property unique

We are a completely renovated, ground floor unit with availability to watch your family swim in the pool/hot tub from your patio. We also made sure to upgrade the condo with a full size front load washer and dryer that is a life saver when traveling with children. The second living area is outfitted to provide a quiet place to drink coffee in the morning if the murphy bed is in use. This living area houses a twin size day bed and twin trundle which provides many options for sleeping for larger families whose kids like their own space! We also realize that it is appreciated to have high end luxuries like 1200 count, cotton sheet sets as well as a spa like shower and separate bathtub. We are located on a dead end street with private walking paths that are inhabited by peacocks.
