The stay at this house was amazing it was beautiful and cozy the lake was gorgeous we all had an amazing time i definitely recommend this place if your looking for a place to stay Matt was a great host he answered every call answered every question we had and made our stay comfortable we will definitely return again Thank You

Such a great rental for a getaway! Thank you so much Matt for a fabulous experience!!! 10/10 would highly recommend!!! Relaxing and beautiful all around!!! For the entire experience!!! Check out Pub 116 on top of the hill, drive up to Tannery Falls for beautiful views!

Can’t beat the exterior of this place! Amazing pond-frontage, deck, yard and outdoor shower on a dead end quiet road. If you’re looking to take advantage of those things, this place is for you. Google Maps got things wrong on the last turn, so make sure you’re turning onto the right road!

Clean, comfy and right on the water. It's very peaceful spot. Fire pit, spacious deck with gazebo and dining table. Great spot! Nice hosts.

We will definitely book again. Our family came for a lacrosse tournament and even though it was 55min to tournament, it was so worth it! Our host Matt was great, answered all my questions and very helpful. My kids enjoyed the water, used kayaks, jumped on trampoline. The outdoor shower was a big hit! I can go on and on about the cottage, book it. You won’t regret it!

The cottage was a great getaway! My boyfriend and I came up from NYC. It’s a bit outside of the main town which made it better because it was so peaceful.This is Matt and Anne-Marie’s vacation home and you can tell based on the thoughtful setup with everything you could want to have a fun trip (as opposed to a house made just for rentals). The outdoor space is especially awesome with so many amenities and beautiful being on the pond.Matt was very helpful with check-in and answering any questions to ensure a seamless stay. I couldn’t recommend more!

This cottage was so perfect for our college roommate reunion. Everything was so clean and comfortable.:: it truly was a gem of a property with the Pond and the canoes to use. We also loved sitting on the dock drinking our morning coffee and listening to the birds and water animals. Would def stay here again. Thank you Matt and family!
