Introducing the ultimate tiny home getaway for die-hard fans of the iconic TV sitcom "F.R.I.E.N.D.S". Located on the shores of Richland Chambers Lake. Immerse yourself into a nostalgic & whimsical experience!
The open-concept living is adorned with familiar furnishings, quirky chotchkes & more!
This "TINY" can sleep up to 6 (fee over 4)
* Primary queen bed
* Hallway twin bunk (sleeps one child or adult on
bottom bunk & only small child on top bunk
* Loft 2 twin air mattresses
* Shower tub combo!
The space:
Carefully appointed to reflect what we think the tiny would look like if Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Chandler, Ross & Joey had a hand in decorating. Enjoy the stunning sunsets and lake winds off the large covered patio. Inside find all the little "easter eggs" that adorn the iconic home. See how many episodes you can remember these items from.
*Trying to take advantage of this small space we have chosen NOT to have a stove/oven built in. We have provided a double burner plate and a Ninja 9 in 1 that does it ALL, without taking up so much space. There is also a convection microwave to make all your culinary dreams possible! The clubhouse has 2 BBQ grills for guests to use first come first served.
*2 kayaks with life vests and paddles available for use.
*Steps to enter/exit the lake
Guest access:
Self entry via coded door lock. Codes sent at NOON day of check in.
Other things to note.....
Must sign in at the guard shack upon checking in and required to sign the rules agreement within 24 hours of booking and send back.
Please note: CAMERAS in use on exterior. One on patio and one on back near parking.
NO SMOKING, you will be charged if smoke odor is found after check out. MUST stay on the driveway any driving off of the drive will incur a charge for any damages caused to yard or pipes.

Thank you for staying with us and we hope you had an amazing time. Please remember check out is by noon tommorow. Please gather all trash and place out at the road by 9am.
Leave any bedding that you used unmade so housekeeping knows it is dirty. Start the dishwasher. THAT'S IT! We want check out to be simple and easy! Not making beds is helpful.
