Welcome to Stay Wild, a private mountain retreat built for family reunions, multi-family trips, and big groups. Set on 2.5 wooded acres between Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, with mountain views and frequent wildlife sightings, this ~3,500-square-foot cabin sleeps up to 12 just 0.2 miles from WildSide Adventure Park—with 20% off MegaZip and guided UTV Tours for Stay Wild guests. Pet-friendly, with a hot tub, fire pit, and wraparound decks to unwind after a day of adventure.
A Cabin That Works for Groups
Across three levels, Stay Wild gives everyone room to gather without feeling crowded—share meals and play games together, then spread out when different parts of the group want their own space.
Sleeping arrangements include:
• Three king suites, each with a private full bathroom • One twin-over-queen bunk room • Two sleeper sofas in common areas • Four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms
The three king suites make the cabin especially comfortable for multiple couples, grandparents, or adult family members who appreciate having their own room and bath.
Two Kitchens and Plenty of Gathering Space
Two full kitchens make group travel easier—prepare a large family dinner, keep snacks convenient on both levels, or let early risers make coffee without waking anyone else. Two living rooms and indoor/outdoor dining areas give the whole group room to gather without every activity happening in the same space.
Two Game Rooms
Two game rooms offer entertainment for every age and interest:
• Pool table • Shuffleboard • Arcade games • Karaoke • Dartboard • Cornhole • Giant Jenga, board games, and wall games • Nine Smart TVs throughout the cabin
Outdoor Mountain Living
Start the morning with coffee on one of two wraparound decks while the mountains wake up around you—keep an eye out for deer, wild turkeys, black bears, and even the occasional bobcat. After a day exploring the Smokies, unwind at:
• A private six-person hot tub beneath a covered gazebo • A large stone fire pit with Adirondack seating • Outdoor dining and gathering areas • A peaceful setting away from the noise of town
Adventure Practically Next Door
WildSide Adventure Park is just 0.2 miles away, making it easy to add a guided UTV Tour or MegaZip adventure to your trip—North America’s longest zip line, with four side-by-side lines letting you race friends at speeds up to 55 mph. Dollywood, Gatlinburg, The Island, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are generally about 20 minutes away. Spend the day hiking, visiting waterfalls, exploring Pigeon Forge, or enjoying local restaurants and attractions, then return to your own private mountain retreat.
Genuinely Dog Friendly
Dogs are part of the family, and Stay Wild welcomes up to three approved, well-behaved dogs of any size or breed.
• Advance approval required • $175 per-stay dog fee • Dogs should be well-behaved, crate-trained, and potty-trained • Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin • Cats and other animals cannot be accommodated due to allergy considerations
Technology and Practical Conveniences
Stay Wild combines mountain seclusion with modern comforts: Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi, a Level 2 EV charger, an in-cabin washer and dryer, and parking for up to five vehicles. Fully paved roads lead to a flat, easy-access driveway—a rare convenience for a private mountain cabin.
Two things worth flagging before you paste this in: check whether VRBO actually renders **bold** markdown for the headers or whether you need a different formatting approach (some platforms just want plain caps or don’t support bold at all) — worth a preview before committing. And this is long; if VRBO has a character cap on the description field the way it did on photo captions, let me know the limit and I’ll trim it down while keeping the structure intact.

We had a fantastic stay! Bryan's communication was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. It’s also a perfect spot for families, with plenty of activities and attractions for all ages nearby. We’d definitely stay here again!
The cabin is exactly as pictured. It was a great fit for my family, with plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed all the games! Good proximity and an easy commute to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and the two kitchens are very well equipped for cooking and eating in. We would definitely rent this cabin again on a future trip!

Hi Angela! Thanks for the kind words! We’re glad you and your family enjoyed the cabin and all the space (and games!) it offers. Sounds like you made great use of the kitchens too. We’d love to have you back anytime!
Our family spent a week at this beautiful property. It's an ideal layout for a big family gathering. Loved having two kitchens! The decks are nice too. Our family hung out on the second-floor deck quite a bit. We could just linger there and enjoy some peaceful conversations while looking at the beautiful surroundings and not have to worry about the dogs and our 11-month-old granddaughter disappearing :). The property was as advertised...beautiful, clean and spacious. Bryan, the owner, was friendly and his communication with us was great. We would definitely do this property again!

Thank you so much for this beautiful review! Three generations under one roof — that’s exactly what Stay Wild was built for. So glad everyone (all the way down to your 11-month-old!) felt right at home. We’d love to welcome your family back anytime!
Kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool table and hot tub. We loved the large table and bar area for eating and playing games together. Lots of tvs! Kid would have loved to all be together in one bunk room but a pullout couch was available so it worked. The decks were great to sit on in the mornings and have your coffee and look at the beautiful views! Very convenient location only taking 10 min to get to all the things! Would definitely stay again bc it was clean. Water pressure wasn’t always the best but that’s to be expected with a mountain cabin.

About the host
Hosted by Bryan Smith
Hi, we’re Bryan, Kendra, and family!
We fell in love with the Smoky Mountains and created Stay Wild as the kind of place we’d want to stay ourselves, somewhere families and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make memories they’ll talk about long after the trip is over.
As frequent travelers, we appreciate the little things that make a great stay: an easy check-in, a spotless cabin, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and responsive hosts. Those are the details we focus on so you can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your vacation.
While you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, we’re always just a message away if you need recommendations, have questions, or need assistance. Our goal is simple: to make Stay Wild one of the highlights of your Smoky Mountain vacation.
We hope you enjoy Stay Wild as much as our family does.
Why they chose this property
When we set out to build Stay Wild, we weren’t looking for just another cabin location. We wanted a place that felt genuinely private without putting guests far from everything they came to experience.
This property gave us exactly that. Surrounded by 2.5 wooded acres with mountain and forest views, it offers the peace and quiet that’s becoming harder to find in the Smokies, while still being just 0.2 miles from WildSide Adventure Park and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
One of our favorite moments is sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sun disappear behind the mountains in the evening. No matter how many times we’re here, it never gets old, and we hope it becomes one of your favorite parts of Stay Wild too.
What makes this property unique
Stay Wild combines something that’s surprisingly hard to find in the Smokies: 2.5 private wooded acres, a layout designed specifically for groups, and an unbeatable location just 0.2 miles from WildSide Adventure Park.
Many cabins can sleep 12. Few are designed for 12 to vacation comfortably. Three king suites with private ensuite bathrooms, two full kitchens, two living rooms, and two game rooms give everyone space to spread out while still coming together for meals, game nights, and time around the fire pit.
Beyond the cabin itself, Stay Wild offers the best of the Smokies without feeling like you’re in the middle of the crowds. Watch for wildlife from the wraparound decks, relax in the covered hot tub, or enjoy the peace and quiet of your own private mountain retreat. When you’re ready to explore, WildSide, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge are all just a short drive away.
It’s the combination of privacy, togetherness, adventure, and thoughtful design that keeps guests coming back.
