I’ve stayed at Tamarron several times and this unit is one of my favorites!. It has been remodeled, and the view is fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed! We love this location a little north of Durango, closer to Purgatory and Silverton, and with the higher elevation than Durango, a few degrees cooler in the summertime! Check-in process was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Southwest Colorado Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and in a beautiful area. The absolute highlight was seeing a momma bear and twin cubs right beside the road and moving across the golf course!

Our stay in Tamarron was overall good. However, a few things need attention. The bed was very bouncy with 2 people. One of us slept on the couch every night. The tub floor needs non-skid treads as it's very slippery, especially since it's a deep step into it. The shower faucet is loose and coming away from the wall. The showerhead did not have enough pressure. All the small rugs are a tripping hazard & don't stay put. There is nowhere to hang up clothes on hangers (we brought dress clothes for our anniversary dinner out), and therefore no hangars. There were toys, papers, and very dusty under the bed.
