Great vacation at Luigi‘s house in Villasimius

We had a very nice vacation in Villasimius. The house is very clean, has everything you need and is in short walking distance to the small town of Villasimius (I would still recommend a car to reach beaches, supermarkets etc) Luigi was very helpful, welcomed us at our arrival and texted very useful recommendations the first couple of days. We can definitely recommend this place.

Tolle Wohnung mit gemütlicher Terrasse

Wir hatten schon im letzten Jahr nach einer Unterkunft mit drei Schlafzimmern gesucht, da wir mit unserem 8-jährigen Sohn und Eltern und Schwiegereltern diese Reise geplant hatten. Es ist bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt in Sardinien und unser zweiter in Villasimius. Überzeugt hat uns die große, toll möblierte Terrasse und die Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt (5-10 Min.). Die nächsten Strände in Simius und Notterie sind in nur 3-5 km mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier sieht man, warum Sardinien die „Karibik Europas“ genannt wird. Doch zurück zum Haus: Über die ca. 80 Quadratmeter große Terrasse kommt man im EG in die kleine, aber sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch. Hier ist auch ein modernes Bad mit WC zu finden. Die zwei Schlafzimmer für die Omas und Opas sind oben zu finden. Die Betten und Kissen sind super bequem - das haben wir in Italien schon anders erlebt. Unser Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Waschküche war über die Terrasse und Außentreppe zu erreichen - wie eine Art kleine Einliegerwohnung. Das hat uns weiter nicht gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit auf Terrasse und Küche verbracht haben und im Keller nur zum schlafen waren. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch zu unserer Reisezeit nicht brauchten. Es war alles super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Filterkaffee-Maschine :-) Gewürze, Kaffeefilter waren vorhanden. Auch eine Grundausstattung Getränke war im Kühlschrank. Seife, Lappen und Toilettenpapier war ebenfalls (neu) vorhanden. Sehr gutes Grillbesteck und ausreichend Gläser, Teller usw. Nicht zuletzt: Luigi ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Mieter, der uns alles gezeigt hat. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch während unseres Aufenthalts (per WhatsApp) war super, inklusive Ausflugstipps und gelegentlichem Nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung war. Alles in Allem in dieser Konstellation die perfekte Unterkunft für uns. Absolut empfehlenswert. DANKE, LUIGI!!!

Maison avec superbe terrasse à 5 minutes à pied du centre de villasimius

La maison de luigi est très bien placée à 5 minutes du centre à pied pour profiter de la passeggiata le soir. Pour les plages, il faut la voiture, avec toutes les meilleurs plages du sud-est de la sardaigne à moins de 30 minutes ! La maison est en hauteur (nécessitant de monter 42 marches) permettant d’avoir de l’air en été et de profitez de la superbe terrasse qui possède un barbecue et une douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage. La climatisation dans les chambre est un vrai plus en été. L’accueil de Luigi a été parfait avec des marques d’attention et des superbes conseils. Il a d’ailleurs résolu une petite fuite d’une des clim en moins de 24h. Un des meilleurs host que nous ayons connus.

Ringraziamo ancora il Sig. Luigi e la moglie per la cortese accoglienza riservataci e per averci messo a disposizione tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative. Perfekter Urlaub

Wir durften im Hause „Vanna Satta“ von Luigi eine traumhafte Zeit verbringen. Das Feriendomizil mit seiner wunderschönen Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, bietet ausreichend Platz und ist in einem ausgezeichneten und sehr gepflegten Zustand. Es stellt alles zur Verfügung um erholsame Tage zu verbringen. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend um den Süden Sardiniens zu erkunden. Traumstrände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten und Villasimius mit zahlreichen Restaurants ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir danken Luigi sehr für die tolle Betreuung vor und während des Urlaubs und können sein Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Rudi mit Familie

Comfort e relax a Villasimius: ottima soluzione per una vacanza con la famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza in questa graziosa location con il nostro bimbo di 2 anni, in realtà adatta per ospitare anche due famiglie. Arredi ed interni di qualità e buon gusto, ma la vera chicca è il grande dehors con barbecue, grande tavolo da pranzo, lettini e... il dondolo! Il centro di Villasimius è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi mentre in spiaggia è preferibile andare in auto.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage nahe am Zentrum

Wir verbrachten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Villasimius. Dabei war das Haus von Luigi das perfekte Urlaubsquartier für uns 2 Paare. Von der Kaffee- bis Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden. Auch die tolle Terasse mit Grill, Liegestühlen, Außendusche und einem großen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm ließ keine Wünsche aufkommen. Restaurants in Villasimius sind trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage in 3-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Beautiful place for relaxed holidays

We had a wonderful stay at Vanna and Luigi’s place. For us, everything was perfect: the location of the house (which is near the most beautiful beaches and really close to the city center so that we could spend the evenings in the lively streets of Villasimius without using the car), the beautiful atrium, the fantastic view, the hospitable welcoming...great! We really had all we needed. Everything was in a good shape and tidy. We can definitely recommend staying in Vanna and Luigi’s house. It was fantastic! Thank you so much!!

Nice house, quiet backyard, perfect location

We spent 15 lovely days in Villasimius and in this house. It was the second time in Sardinia, and we will certainly go again in the future. We are a family of 4, two children and two adults. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and the rooms good. We spent most of the time in the garden, because it was quiet and nice. The beds were comfortable, and the air condition made the nights cool and comfortable. It was also possible to wash clothes etc. in the cellar. The area was quiet, so it was really relaxing. The house has a good position, close to supermarket and good restaurants. It is about a five minutes walk to the main street, with a lot of restaurants, bars and ice bars :-) The house is also close to many amazing beaches. Five minutes by car, and we could go swimming in lovely and clear water. About Luigi, the host: He is really friendly and helpfull. He came and gave us a warm welcome. He gave us many tips for good restaurants and which beach to visit. So thank you, Luigi, for your hospitality, we had a very nice stay!

Appartamento perfetto!!

Siamo tornati ieri dalla nostra magnifica vacanza, e lo è stata anche grazie al magnifico appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato!! Bello e in una bella posizione rispetto al centro del paese, che si può raggiungere benissimo a piedi, e comodo alle spiagge che sono a 5-10 minuti di macchina. L'appartamento e' completo di tutto, molto bello e pulito!! Ancora un grazie mille al sig. Luigi e moglie gentilissimi!!

Lovely house on a great place - perfect

The holiday was a success. Everything went well and we might go again. We were a group of 6 students. About the house: It's a great house on a good position. Supermarket and good restaurants are close. (a tip: go to the "Le Pavoncelle" restaurant on the Via Roma street. It's a little more expensive 35-50Euro, but it's definitely worth it!!!) The house is nice and the rooms are good. Most time we were on the platform which you see on the first picture. My bed was comfortable. The area is quiet, so it was really relaxing. About the host man Luigi. He is really kind and friendly. If you have any question, you can always ask him. And even if he think his English isn't good, he can speak English good! :-) -> Yes Luigi, you can speak English very good ;-)) Villasimius: In 5 min by food you're on the main street and this is really lovely in the evening. Most of the shops are open until midnight. You can go for shopping, eat dinner or for sure eat gelatti! Bigger supermarkets are 5 min by car. About the beaches: There are a tons of beaches around Villasimius. All beaches we went were beautiful. Not overcrowded, nice white sand, clean! and the sea has just an awesome blue. (Tip: Take a paddle boat, it's worth it and we had a lot of fun. 20Euro for an hour is fine for up to 5 people. Thanks again!

Great villa in lovely town!

Visitors: 7 girls age 20 This villa has contributed to a great vacation in the beautiful Villasimius, Sardinia. It was our first time visiting the island, and it has left a great impression on all of us. The description of the villa on homeaway is accurate, and it is clean and maintained well. We were welcomed by the owner of the house, who is incredibly hospitable and friendly. Pretty much everything you need is in the house, from inflatable swimming items to parasols that can be taken to the beach. We especially enjoyed the garden, where we sat pretty much all of the time we were at the villa. One thing you might want to take into account though is the fact that you have to be quiet in the hours of 2-4pm and from midnight onwards (neighbourhood rules), which forced us to leave the house every evening after 2400hrs since we couldn't converse anymore. The village is like a small town, you don't want to be there during siesta (2-4pm) but after that it is a lovely town with nice restaurants and little shops. The supermarket (a "real" one, Conad, not a mini market) is +- 10/15min walking distance. There is a tremendous amount of beaches you can visit, all very beautiful and diverse. However, these beaches are not at a walking distance (>2.5km). We were too young to rent a car, so we went by taxi which was relatively cheap! We first thought of hiring bikes, but the terrain of the village is too steep and hilly for that. We went to the capital Cagliari for a day as well, we went there by bus which was okay (after informing at the tourist office in town), but getting a taxi back in the early evening took quite some time. The house owner has plenty of little booklets containing information what to do in the area, so you don't need to worry what to do! As students we were eager to see the opportunities of going out in the area. Club Sciabecco (just outside the town) is awesome, yet only open on Wednesday and Saturday night! Villasimius centre is great for drinking cocktails, but for dancing you'll have to visit the club(s)! All in all we had a great week! One point of advice: we would recommend future visitors to rent a car, since it gives you a lot more freedom to explore the area (for example, we only visited the beaches that were closest due to the taxi costs). Also take the "silence rules" of the neighbourhood into account! Thank you Luigi for your hospitality, we had a lovely time!

We spent a week at this property with our three children and it was great. Luigi was very welcoming and helpful. The house is within Villasimius itself, and is really nicely furnished and well equipped with some great little features. The patio is large and is effectively your living room. Despite being in town, the patio is very private. There is a very good pizzeria just down the road and it is a short walk into the town centre, where there are lots more restaurants, ice cream palours and various shops. There are also several supermarkets in town, so you can get everything you need locally. Whilst it would be a bit of a walk to the beach, there is a great selection of fantastic beaches within a short drive and the scenery is beautiful. We can thoroughly recommend a stay at this property.

Perfekter Jahresurlaub in Villasimius

Wir waren zu viert in Villasimius und sind nun wieder 2 Tage zurück und können sagen, dass es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt war...aber nun noch ein wenig detaillierter. Internetauftritt: Die Bilder sind eins zu eins zu dem was wir vor Ort sehen konnten, vor Ort noch schönes als auf den Bildern, das Zimmer mit Balkon war einfach nur schön gewesen. Die große Terrasse ist hervorragend für das morgendliche Frühstück, Spielabende, zum Grillen, etc. geeignet. Zustand: Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden, in welchem alle Utensilien vorhanden waren, die für die tägliche Sauberkeit genutzt werden konnte. Des Weiteren sind für einen perfekten Badeurlaub die Strandutensilien vorhanden. (Sonnenschirm, Luftmatratzen, Strandmatten, Beach-ball). Vermieter: Über Mr. Luigi wurde hier bereits viel gelobt...und...ich kann mich da nur voll und ganz anschließen. Die Kommunikation war super, von Beginn der Absprache zum Mietvertrag, über die Begrüßung, Verabschiedung, selbst mein vergessenes Ladegerät bei der Abreise wurde aufgrund des Wohnortes auch in Cagliari noch zum Flughafen vorbeigebracht. Fantastisch! Weiterempfehlung: JAAAAAA! Sonstiges: Die weißen Strände und das absolut klare Wasser sind sehr beeindruckend, es dient zur perfekten Erholung vom stressigen Arbeitsalltag. Die Strände in Villasimius (Porte Guinco, Notterri, Simius), sowie in Richtung Costa Rei und dort vor Ort sind sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Mietwagen ist eigentlich Pflicht für Sardinien meiner Meinung nach. Die Selbstversorgung klappt super, der Supermarkt in der Stadt (08:30 - 14:00, 16:30 - 21:00) hat alles was man braucht. Das Restaurant Sa Tankitta ist sehr zu empfehlen, dort gibt es sehr gute Pizzen und leckere Meeresfrüchte. Es gibt aber durchaus noch sehr viele weitere Bars und Restaurants im Stadtkern, einige konnten wir testen und können ein sehr prositives Fazit ziehen. In diesem Sinne nutzt euren Urlaub und reist zu Luigi ;)

Fin beliggenhet med kort avstand til byen. Flotte strender i nærheten. Deilig uteplass med mange muligheter. Praktisk innredet leilighet, rent og pent. Vi fikk en hyggelig velkomst av Luigi :)

Maison très agréable à recommander

Maison très agréable avec une terrasse dont on ne se lasse pas !! Nous étions naturellement un peu inquiets avant de découvrir la maison mais nous avons vite été rassurés !! La maison très bien equipée est située à quelques minutes seulement du centre ville de Villasimius, piétonnier les soirs d'été. Accueil chaleureux de Luigi, toujours prêt à rendre service, et très bon guide pour découvrir les magnifiques plages de cet endroit de la Sardaigne. Pour conclure, très bon séjour, maison à recommander en famille comme entre amis.

Wunderschöne, voll ausgestattete Urlaubsvilla

Besucher: Eltern und 2,5jährige Tochter Onlinepräsentation: das Haus ist 1zu1 zu den hier abgebildeten Bildern vorgefunden worden, es befindet sich in einer kleinen Urlaubsanlage, bei der die meisten anderen Wohnungen und Häuser in Einheimischer Hand sind. Die Villa ist vollends ausgestattet, Küche mit Gasherd, Klimas für die beiden Schlafzimmer, zwei Bädern, die Terrasse ist grandios und für lange Abende ideal Zustand: wir haben die Räumlichkeiten absolut sauber und erstklassig vorbereitet gefunden, der Vermieter lässt die Villa nach jedem Besuch durch einen Reinigungsservice reinigen Vermieter: Mr. Luigi ist ein wunderbarer Mann, der ein relativ gutes Englisch spricht und seinen Gästen einen bestmöglichen Urlaub ermöglichen will Empfehlung: JA - wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub machen will und genau weiss, was auf einen zukommt, ist diese Villa ideal, auch gerne für zwei Familien Sonstiges: für Selbstversorger, es gibt einen einzigen Supermarkt (So. - Mo. 0830-1430 & 1630-2030) der alles hat, ansonsten hat der Ortskern die typischen Shops für Touristen. Nur mit einem Leihwagen kann man die grandiosen Strände der Umgebung erreichen, speziell Richtung Costa Rei finden sich Strände, die auch in der Karibik liegen könnten Fazit: mit Mietwagen, als Selbstversorger kann man hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Mr. Luigi erleben!
