Villasimius 8/2023

Das Feriendomizil war so wie online beschrieben vor zu finden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lob an den Gastgeber, die Matratzen im oberen Schlafbereich waren top, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß, in die Stadtmitte 10 Minuten Fußweg mit dem Auto 10 Minuten zu allen Stränden in der Umgebung. Die Müllentsorgung wurde täglich durch die StadtVilla Simius geregelt. Wir haben uns in den zehn Tagen bei unserem Gastgeber Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke

Excellent séjour

Maison très confortable aux espaces spacieux. Bon emplacement car à quelques minutes à pied pas des commerces et du centre ville très animé. De magnifiques plages aux alentours . Le propriétaire est très accueillant, à l’écoute et disponible si besoin . Super séjour dans cette belle résidence et une île exceptionnelle à découvrir

La villa è descritta in modo adeguato; nella realtà ti regala ancora di più. La apprezzi pienamente vivendola con spazi interni ed esterni decisamente confortevoli e funzionali. Pulizia ai massimi livelli, dotazione complessiva di assoluto comfort e attenzione ai particolari. Marco è premuroso e puntuale. Tutto eccellente !

Tasteful and charming

The accommodation was very clean. Everything there we needed and also very tasteful. The nights were absolutely quiet - no traffic. The hosts were completely easygoing. We had nice and relaxing holidays.

Consigliatissima

La casa, oltre ad essere bella, accogliente e confortevole, si trova all'interno di un contesto residenziale tranquillo e ordinato. La pulizia della casa ottima! Posizione strategica Dotata di tutti i comfort, Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, doccia esterna asciugamani lenzuola stoviglie di tutti i tipi, wi fi ecc.. La mia valutazione è eccellente!

Top Haus für erholsame Ferien!

Wir erlebten den Gastgeber bereits vor und während der Ferien als sehr interessiert und hilfsbereit und ebenso unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einem Quartier mit einer Barriere bei der Zufahrt. Während unserer Ferien wahr es sehr ruhig. Supermarkt ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Zum Strand benögt man 30 min Fussmarsch. :-) Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank, Marco und herzliche Grüsse Marisa

Casa veramente curata nei minimi dettagli. In una posizione molto tranquilla. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro pedonale di Villasimius. Il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Completa di tutto…veramente veramente bella. C’è ne siamo innamorati😍

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub auf Sardinien

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wunderschöne Terrasse und Parkplatz direkt am Haus, innerhalb des Grundstücks. Problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes. Check-in durch eine nette Dame, die uns zur angekündigten Zeit erwartet hatte. Lediglich die unzähligen Stechmücken hat unsere Urlaubsfreude etwas getrübt. Spray, Kerzen und Rauchspirale sind ein Muss, sonst hat man keine ruhige Minute.

Wonderful holidays in Marco's home

What can I say. It was a perfect holiday experience. The house is quite new and in best condition. It is tastefully equipped and had everything we needed. Contact with Marco was very nice and he made us feel welcome at all times. Plus he provided very useful tips for activities and places to eat. Thank you Marco. We hope to come back one day.

Ottima vacanza!!!

Ho trascorso l’ultima settimana di settembre presso questa residenza con mia moglie. La casa è molto bella e confortevole, non manca nulla! Si trova in una zona tranquilla ed il centro del paese è raggiungibile rapidamente. Con pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono tra le spiagge più belle della Sardegna! Il proprietario Marco è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente a tutti un soggiorno presso questa struttura per trascorrere una bella vacanza al sud est della Sardegna.

Lovely, new and spacious house

The house was perfect for our family of four (2 adults + 2 teenagers). It is spacious and very well equipped - it has everything you need! The house is located in the Agora Recidence in the western part of Villasimius, which is nice and quiet. The center of town is only a 10 minute walk away. I give this house my best recommendations! The only thing that would have made the house even better was if it had had a view of one of the beautiful beaches.

Feriendomizil in schöner Wohnlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus, die Lage in dieser kleinen Wohnsiedlung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ortskern ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen, sodass man abends nicht unbedingt ein Auto benötigt. Wir hätten uns außer den Stühlen auch Sonnenliegen gewünscht und das der Terassenbereich wie bei den anderen Häusern durch Vorhänge etwas mehr geschützt wäre, was diesen Bereich auch etwas gemütlicher gestaltet. Schade den Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt zu haben weil die Kommunikation nur über Handy stattfand. Am Ende unseres Urlaubs hätten wir erwartet, dass der Vermieter über seinen Hausmeister dafür sorgt, dass die Schlüsselübergabe reibungsloser über die Bühne geht! Diese Kleinigkeiten haben unseren Urlaub aber nicht beeinträchtigt, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Neues Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die neue Doppelhaushälfte, in der wir ungestört von den Nachbarn wohnten, ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem separaten Block unweit des Zentrums, das fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Küche beinhaltet alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt, lediglich sind die Tassen mit 4 Stück knapp bemessen. Wir können die Unterkünfte mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und bei Fragen und Problemen ist Marco, der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar.

Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft in Villasimius ist sehr zentral gelegen um die Strände im Umkreis mit dem Mietwagen zu erkunden. Das Haus war rundum sehr sauber und alle Zimmer waren in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Auch der Gastgeber Marco war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Vacanza in Sardegna

Casa stupenda, dotata di ogni comfort, primo fra tutti la cortesia e la disponibilità di Marco, il proprietario. La casa è arredata con gusto e raffinatezza. I materassi sono molto comodi e la pulizia impeccabile. Sorprende l'attenzione ai dettagli. Situata a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge meravigliose di Villasimius.

modernes, gepflegtes, geräumiges Appartment mit grosszügiger Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist sehr einladend. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Der Landlord ist sehr aufmerksam und gibt gerne Tips für tolle Strände und Restaurants. Wir können die Ferienunterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Gerne gehen wir wieder einmal.

Magnífica en todos los aspectos. La vivienda es totalmente nueva y tiene todas las comodidades.

La estancia en la casa de Marco en Villasimius ha sido extraordinaria, empezando por la exquisita atención e información que nos han facilitado sobre lugares de interés, playas, restaurantes ,como por la belleza de la zona. Las playas son de arena fina y blanca y tienen un agua cristalina que no tienen nada que envidiar a las más conocidas de Cerdeña. En cuanto a la casa, totalmente nueva, con una bonita decoración y todas las amenities necesarias para hacer la estancia perfecta. Tenemos que destacar el recibimiento de Marco y las atenciones a la llegada,tras un largo viaje, simplemente espectaculares. Una vivienda muy recomendable para familias, con supermercados a menos de 200 metros y en un entorno muy agradable. Marco, muchas gracias por todo, volveremos!
