Why they chose this property
Grand Marais is such a unique place and "The Big Lake" - Superior - is awesome and powerful - an inland Sea with 10% of the world's fresh water
Eventually, people turn around and notice the endless natural wilderness which remains pristine and magical
Having access to a swimmable lake, privacy, starlit sky and QUIET that is "loud"
Still with easy access to the whole "Arrowhead" of Cook county
