Enter through your private garage, drop your gear, and step into a beautifully decorated home, fully remodeled in 2024 with a contemporary mountain-casual style. The living area features a comfy sectional and two deep chairs, perfect for gathering around the cozy gas fireplace to play games, enjoy a movie, or catch up on the day’s sports on the large smart TV. The family-sized dining table sits beside the open, fully stocked kitchen—with updated appliances—making it easy to cook, snack, and socialize without missing a moment.

Through the French doors, you’ll find a private fenced yard with your own hot tub, ready for après-ski or a relaxing summer evening.

Upstairs are three inviting bedrooms.
The primary suite features a stunning design, a king bed, gas fire, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a double vanity—plenty of space to get ready. It also opens to a charming balcony with mountain views from morning to night.

I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. Park View is a wonderful, centrally located complex in the heart of Park City. Sitting almost half way between Park City's Mountain Village and Canyon's Village, it offers amazing access to both areas. The public bus runs right past the condo, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It is surrounded by great amenities for shopping, dining and sports, (golf, hiking, biking in summer, XC skiing and downhill skiing in winter) all within a short walk or bus ride. Need I say more? This owner fell in love with the location and has remodeled the property to create a stunning retreat where they spend most summers enjoying everything the City has to offer.
