Fully Renovated Retreat!
Be amongst the first guests to stay in this property since it was fully renovated. Centrally located in Old Mt. Pleasant, you will be close to everything! Minutes from the beach, restaurants, parks, shops & more. Watch the sunrise on Sullivan's Island & the sunset from Pitt Street bridge. Shop & dine in the Historic Old Village area. Downtown is a short drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. All you will need are more hours in the day!
Parking is located at the back of the property. There are two dedicated parking spaces (only two cars allowed). Enter through the gate into your private courtyard with outdoor seating, directly to the back door. On the main level, there is an open sitting area, a half-bathroom, dining area and a breakfast bar with two counter height bar stools. In the kitchen, you will find a beverage chiller with a coffee bar area and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with a queen. A shared full bathroom and linen closet are located in the hallway. In the attached shed near the back door, you will find the washer, dryer, cleaning supplies (if needed) and two beach chairs. There is also a hose near the back door to make cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze. Or, if you prefer to avoid the sand, you can use the pool key card (located in the house binder) and enjoy the large neighborhood pool, which is only a few steps away. (located at the back of the neighborhood on the right). You will find everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing visit the Charleston! We hope that you enjoy your stay!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all trash in the trash can on the patio. (If your stay includes a Wed morning, please place the trash can in parking area behind the unit. Must be brought in Wed evening if staying).
Please place all used towels & all used sheets in the hampers. (Leave hampers inside. Do not run any laundry)
Please load & run the dishwasher before leaving.
During AC months, please leave it set at 75. If the heat is on, please set to 68. Return pool key card to the binder. Fee for a missing key is $100.
Turn off all lights and lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
