For longer stays more than 4 weeks, you are responsible for buying refills for toilet paper, paper towel, soap, shampoo, coffee, dish and clothes detergent

Any violations to the rule above, the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. Also, any citations received from the city ($250- $3,000) will be charged to the guests.

I choose this place because of the location and it looked peaceful and very clean. I was reuniting with my 1st family after 35yrs and took them to the Catalina Island Jazz festival.We had a blast. We we're not disappointed. Ed was a very great host too.
