Guests can relax and unwind on the beach, or take advantage of the kayaks, paddleboard, beach cruisers, and a pedal boat that seats five for a scenic tour around the bay. Ping pong table also available. This house is within walking distance of a park, with a playground, pickleball, handball and basketball courts, as well as sailing, fishing and kitesurfing rentals/lessons. CURRENTLY A PROTECTIVE SAND BERM OF VARYING HEIGHTS IS IN PLACE TO PROTECT THE HOUSES FROM THE WAVES. THE BERM DOES NOT OBSTRUCT THE WHOLE BEACH VIEW FROM THE HOUSE, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO WALK OVER IT TO ACCESS THE BEACH.
